i have an issue i flash leedroid rom with sense 3.0 mods which is great
but there is a problem with the weather lockscreen
weather updates fine in the app but when i apply the weather lockscreen it says "no weather forecasts available"
also all other lockscreens work fine its just the weather one
i also cleared data from htc weather sync provider,weather....but still no effect to the weather lockscreen....anything im missing???
help???...sombody???
Hi, I'm having the same problem.
Searched all over the net, haven't found a solution yet.
it's simple just go to location menu and activate the "use wireless network"
the widget lockscreen only update the geolocation city
Same problem here. The lockscreen weather sometimes works, and others not. I have locations using wireless networks turned on.

I did reset my HTC Desire and now the Wheather/Clock widget doesn't update anymore. Track my place via the Internet is activated but the widget just says: "Mein Standort" in english: your place/location

Hello, I'm using LeeDroid HD 3.1.0 with KINGDOM Add-on.
(before flashing ROM, I did FULL Wipe EXT4 in CWM.)
Got FC on Weather Wallpaper after unlocking screen.
Open Weather, but Weather app crashes.
Weather Live Wallpaper crashes even on preview screen.
deleted data of HTC Sense, Weather provider, Weather
and
disabled syncing
Vibrate mode, silent mode, set volume to 0.
no works. (still crashes)

I've found settings in Weather Live Wallpaper. It can choose cities or turn off sound! I'll try this.
Yeah! I got no FCs and the weather sound.
It was difficult get into settings once you get in, just uncheck sound effects.
Does the full screen weather animation work on any wildfire?(The stock Sense one)
I used the sfm 1.1 flip clock and i dont get any weather animations but some other people are getting weather animations.
Any explanations?

Beautiful widget got full screen weather videos to show current weather conditions.
I didnt want to know about 3rd party apps.The problem was i copied the sense weather clock from SFm(http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1175659) and flashed it on to older froyo roms, some people said the weather animations worked for them and i never get weather at my location so i wanted to know if the weather animation was a standard feature of the sense roms or it was caused by the replacement.Turns out some roms get the standard SENSE weather animation if they have the HtcWeatherWallpaper.apk in theirsystem apps directory.But this didnt work in all roms.that all i wanted to know.
Have Leedroid 3.3.3R5 with Sense 3 and all of that.. Loving it. I use Launcher Pro because I can't get rid of homescreens in Sense (I only need 3), and it's snappier..
One thing that really annoys me though, is that I can't get the Beautiful Widgets weather icon to launch the Sense weather app (I can access it from the app drawer though). This is a real shame, as that would have made it perfect.. When I select the weather app as the alternative app to launch when clicking the weather icon, BW states that it "cannot launch the app"..
Is there any workaround to this?
Noticed this morning that my weather widget (using Beautiful Widgets) is not updating even after trying to manually refresh it.
I removed the widget and when I re-added it to the home screen I got this message (see attachment): "Google ended their API Google Weather".
Is anyone else experience weather widget problems as well?

Actually BW uses accuweather and it is not working either
Switched to "One more clock widget" for now. it's working beautifully.
