I have a dispute and investigation pending with sprint concerning one of the lines on my account.
One of the pieces of evidence I need is a record of calls made after the 500 entry cut off limit. [No, the alleged call in question is not appearing in the call details section of my bill.]
Is the 500 entry limit a soft limit? Does the phone keep a running record of all calls in its log but merely limits the viewing to the last 500?
If so, how may I extract this information?
I've searched the forums and google have not been able to find answers to these questions.
Please help if you are able to, as I may be stuck paying a $500 charge if I am not able to properly dispute.

is there any way to remove this limit thanks in advance
I kindly suggest that you try searching before starting new threads going forward. I just Googled "tmobile conference call limit" and a whole bunch of hits from the 1st search page had the answer to your question.
http://pocketnow.com/tweaks-hacks/how-to-fix-the-t-mobile-touch-pro-2s-conference-calling-limit
Max conference call to 5
Hklm/software/htc/phone/maxconfsize change to 5 from 0
this will do it
After making this edit to registry and resetting my T-Mobile Touch Pro 2 I am not able to add even a third person to the conversation. Once I have two people connected, other than myself, every attempt to dial another into the conversation just stops and I have to tap the menu and pull the ongoing call back from hold.
Is there something additional that I should change that might not be immediately apparent or is something else going on?
This bothers me since the beginning of Android
Why only 500 entries in call log???
Is there a way to make it bigger?
For me it is important, as i speak a lot and it run out in less than a month.
I have searched around but did not found anything on that matter.
Use "Unlimited Call Log" for Android

We developed Unlimited Call Log which stores an infinite call history on your Android device.
Give it a try! Search for "Unlimited Call Log" on Google Play.
Hi,
I've searched already on the forums but similar threads have had little or no response.
Basically, I have 100 free international talktime minutes every month.
I'm looking for an app that can log all the duration of calls, but also is intelligent enough to log call durations for each individual user.
So it tells me the timers of calls made/received for person A and the timers for person B separately.
Have you find something?
Hello,
I also very interested by such app.... please tell me if you find something !
I just switched carrier and the new number they gave me clearly used to belong to a delinquent account because the first week I got deb collectors calls from numerous places. Most places I told them I wasnt the person they were looking for and they left me alone. BUT one collector calls everyday at 10am and sometimes at 2AM!!! and they ignore my request to be removed. I added them to call rejection list in the stock phone app but they still leave voicemails.
Is there any way on the note or 3rd party to completely block them or do I have to go back and get a new number?
TL;DR The call rejection list in the stock phone app still lets people leave voicemails and I want to stop that.
Tell them if they don't stop calling you will file a harassment complaint. That should shut them right up.

i tried that but, im guessing a debt collector shady enough to call people at 2 in the morning does not care about its reputation.
Use Google Voice for your voicemail and enable the anti-spam, will probably stop most if not all from being in your voicemail (will be in your spam folder instead).
Or, get the program Call Control ($7.99 to buy) and enable both the Community Blacklist, and the Pickup and Hangup Blocked Calls option.
Sure there are other programs like that, thats the one I use to stop SPAM calls.
I did a search and could not find anything.
Just a quick question.
My bro has a S3 from Rojerks. He got rid of the Caller ID option from his plan because they charge to much for it. So now when anyone calls it shows UNKNOWN.
So we are wondering, is there some sort of hack or program (root?) that will show the name and number from his Contact list when someone calls?
I ask because whenever someone texts him the name and number show, so how can it show there and not when someone calls?
Is there a way to get the name and number to show just from his contact list only w/o the service from Rojerks?
Short and simple answer is no.
If you don't have caller id rogers masks the incoming callers making all callers display as unknown using computer sofware.
When your receiving a text message, the message by default requires a sender and receiver address or it cannot be sent/received. Otherwise you'd be getting texts from unknowns numbers with no way of replying.
BTW, if suggest try talking to the rogers retensions department (call 611 and go Thur the menus until you get to the cancel your services) the agents may offer you a better deals then other agents or going in person at any rogers dealer locations. Try googling "rogers retenison plans" and you'll find alot more information about what I'm talking about.
Personally I pay $45 a month after tax for unlimited everything (Canada wide LD, texting and what not) + 5GB of data.
Anyways I hope I answered your questions.
Cheers
