[q] possible to change DPI in only one application? - Xperia Arc Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Is it possible to change DPI size in only one specific app?
If so in which app file can I find and change this DPI setting?
Look forward.
Kind regards,

Hey,
I think you can change the DPI for only one application but I think that's only possible in Paranoid Android ROM.
I do also search for such an app...

[Q] do any Density / resolution modifier app work?

I've tried the LCD Resolution app on my ICS 4.0.4 Arc S and the layout of the menus etc were pretty messed up. do any of those apps work well on the Arc S? and if so which one and whats a good dpi setting to use to improve the visual experience?
Sometimes you'll have to experiment with numbers 1-9 on the dpi scale. Example I'm at 240dpi, in order for my stuff to look correct I need to set the rest of my dpi on a 3. So example, my usual dpi will be 163dpi. If I do anything other than 3 besides 240 mg screen and information will be messed up.
Edit : Certain launchers will also make a difference as they may be specified to work at the original dpi or be flexible to a new dpi.
Edit2 : Sometimes certain roms don't like dpi, a few sense and ics roms here on the Droid Incredible have issues with the dpi, if I got below 200, sense and ics roms cause certain things to stretch or stay the same dpi even though its a new dpi. Example, sense lock screen gets smaller and does not fit the screen so its off. I try to avoid using dpi on sense because of this and many other reasons, AOSP is a great place to use dpi.

Because using dpi messes the market up I use LCD Density Modded Pro. It allows you to get items from the market your android can't normally find.

[Q] Editing Apps for DPI compatibility

Anyone have a good guide or point me to one about how to edit apps to fit a new DPI setting?
Many Samsung apps doesn't support 240 dpi. If it doesn't FC, it looks bad.
I already know how to compile/decompile apk, I just need to know what files to edit.

[Q] Change DPI on SlimKat 4.0?

[Q] G3 Resolution help. devs come help!

Hi, Im using the resolution changer app from google play to make my dpi 540. The problem is I wamt my lockscreen to stay to 640dpi due to quick circle case. Heres what ive done for now. I set my dpi to 540 using resolution changer, then use the xposed module app settings to change the lg.keyguard.apk for lockscreen to 640 dpi. The problem is that the setting doesnt stick. When i reboot res changer takes over. I think the two apps are conflicting. I was thinking of using just the app setting module, but i dont know which app/system to change.
Heres the breakdown.
I want my lockscreen to be 640dpi but the rest of the system to be 540dpi.
I want answers and not opinions like 'its fine the way it is'. Please and thank you!

[Q] About DPI and Quickcircle case.

So, I have changed the dpi to around 600, I really like it there but then there's the obvious problem with the clock size for quickcircle case being small and not aligned. I don't have xposed currently and so I used texdroider to change the dpi. My question is, how can I manually go and change the dpi of the clock widget. I know there's a way to do this if I use xposed. But texdroider doesn't have any app settings, so if anyone has an idea, please help me out. Thanks.

Manually edit layout files. No other way around it.
