It would be helpful if you could indicate which modems support the 850 band.

For anyone having issues reading this, here's the English translation:
AT&T ROMs work on T-Mobile phones
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1987023
I flashed this AT&T ROM, and it works. You just need the T-Mobile modem. If you want to use JellyBean "gap," just look for and install it. My Internet is too slow; it doesn't let me search for it to include the link. Sorry guys. Just letting you know that AT&T ROMs work on our phone. Be safe and back up first.
Now, as far as this post goes, I'm not sure why it was posted in the first place, seeing as the same ROM is available natively on the T889.
1. Lmao
2. Thank you for that.
3. Is this really the case? I thought I read that several of the Roms for the AT&T note were not compatible with the T889.

Well actually to be fair, the OP posted this before that ROM was available in the T889 forums (and it's actually not native for the T889, it's the same exact rom that was first posted in the AT&T section and it's from an AT&T build)
But yes it does work on our T889's fine! I'm using it now, it's flyin

Hey guys, I will be visiting Europe soon. As far as I understand the modem we use in a particular country makes a difference towards the call quality, reception etc. So my question is can I install one of the country specific modems for I9300 on my SGH T999? Has anyone tried it? I don't care if 4G does not work.
Sent from my SGH-T999 using Tapatalk 2
No!
No. It can break your system or even brick your phone. What you can try is to install other modems for t999 on your device when you will be in Europe and see which one is fastest for you and which gives you most of signal bars. I will post link to modems in a second. Just let me get it

so basically i dont live in usa i live saudi arabia
there is this guyz who got some devices from the united states sealed and new
i will get cheaper than the i9505
so i know i will be probably missing lte due to different frequencies unless they secretly has the other bands
other than that
what is the difference between i9505 and the tmobile version what will i be missing
and some other questions:
1-is the boot loader locked ? if yes is it unlockable what are the limitations of it
2- is it possible to get rid of tmobile boot animation
3- is it possible to get rid of t mobile logo on the back using alcohol or stuff like this
4-it might sound stupid but what will happen if i flash other versions roms with the same hardware the at&t version or the i9505 or maybe the sprint one ?
any other info would be appreciated

Dont be too lazy to look into 2-3 threads. You cant find all in one thread.
Ok here is answer u need.
International version is OCTA core and our US verion is quad core. ( in simple words 8 and 4 )
1) tmobile version is bootloader unlocked . Att is not. There is no limitation after u unlock once. You can do whatever u want.
2) yes
3) never tried that but u can buy flip cover that comes with back cover.
4) you will be screwed. Dont do that. Thats why we have separate forums.

Yup you can do that if you know how to change files between att and tmobile roms. Before flashing though.
Some devs port each others roms too.
But I dony recommend that.
