I am on Cyanogen's 7 (not 7.1) and I need to be able to see animated GIFs once I have them saved to my SD card. On regular sense I could see them when I went into the gallery.
I cannot find a way to see them animate on CM7. What am I missing?
(This ROM is high enough android version that this should NOT be the pre 2.2 issue of android and animated gifs.)
Thanks
Bumping, no thoughts anyone?

I am a happy EB13/Bonsai 3.0.0 user, with one exception:
Wallpapers selected from my SD card through QuickPic are narrow/static, and not the side-scrolling 960x800 pixel size that I've come to like.
The stock Sprint wallpapers selected through the stock wallpaper control remain wide & scrolling.
Is this a QuickPic issue, a Bonsai issue, or something else altogether? Are static wallpapers a setting that is burnt into the Bonsai rom somewhere, that I'm just going to have to get used to?
How would this work for a kludgy workaround:
1. Locate the Sprint wallpapers on the phone; and,
2. Dump my lovingly-prepared 960x800 wallpapers in that directory via a root shell?
<I'd have posted this question in the Bonsai thread in the Dev forum, but I don't have the requisite 10 posts yet.>
Ugh...
I am having the same issue and changing gallery apps did not help. This seems to be something to do with a setting in Bonsai4All...
I confirmed with the QuickPic developer that this was a ROM issue.
The issue is fixed in Bonsai4All 3.0.1.
:-D
So I downloaded the Photo Grid widget .apk from a post in the Synergy forum (I think) but I can't find the post now. I can see Photo Grid in Titanium Backup but I don't see it in the widget list when I try to add it to the homescreen. Anybody know how to get this working? For some reason my searches aren't finding it.
Running Synergy RC1.
Yea that's something I would like to know as well.
If you are using a home launcher like launcherpro or are it won't show up. go back to your real home screen and you can add it.
I am using the default launcher. I still can't use it.
I was just wondering if its possible to install the contacts app from Samsung's touchwiz launcher onto an aosp rom. I'm currently on the latest cm10.1 nightly and everything about it is awesome but i just want to have the feature in the contacts where you slide to the right to call, or slide to the left to text the person. I've looked everywhere but have yet to find anything or anyone that has done it. Thanks in advance!!
No. As of right now, nobody has made any TW apps usable with AOSP.
Hi everyone
I'm currently using 10.1 stable and it's been running really well. Just encountered something odd and wanted to ask around.
I had a picture that I took set as my homescreen background but today when I switched my home on the background was just black.
Right now I can swap to any default android wallpaper or any live wallpaper but can't use any images in gallery or cyanogenmod ones (they just appear black).
I wiped and reflashed but still have the same issue. Just wondering if anyone has seen this issue?
Hi,
I've just flashed Android Revolution HD 9.0 (Gingerbread 2.3.5, Sense 3.0) and I am not able to add or remove home screens.
I have the default 7 screens, but I need only 5 or less. Normally a trash icon should appear on the homescreen settings page but there is no such icon.
I can only rearrange the screens and that's all.
Anyone knows a way?
Thanks

Maybe you need to search your phone for it. It's there...
Just check setting and soon you'll apoligise for making this post. :cyclops:
That adjustment settings you should look at launcher. Each rom and launcher have a different way of change, in some it is as you say. The new must read and use the search before opening a new tread.
Luck.
