I have noticed the my screen orientation has gotten slow. I've tried different roms...and hard resets. Is this common? Is there a way to fix the problem?? It does this with stock roms and custom. Its like a 3 to 4 second delay before switching orientation. HELP!!

What kernel are you running? Have you tested on stock everything?

Same problem here. Also on C2.6. I've found that if I can launch the browser by touching where the icons 'should be', it goes back to normal. That or I can simply reboot when the error occurs.
Also, the screen isn't simply upside down. It is also mirrored. Yet, the actual location of the dock icons are where they belong. It is just that they are misrepresented on the screen. Even the effects (button presses) are misrepresented on the screen.

It happens with the ics rotation animation. Remove the ics rotation animation and you will not have that problem.

[Solved] Button lights off|AOKP

I looked all across q&a and themes and the dev section looking for a mod to turn off the lights on the bottom of the phone. Can anyone point me in the right direction of a thread containing such?

Actually the link I found was dead but I found the old thread kbizzle had for his port of AOKP and it mentioned using root explorer to turn them off. I tried the method and now my buttons are off but the lights are still on. But I quit tinkering when I went to work.

Well ****aki. I saw the same dead link you saw. But I thought the device settings in aokp would shut them off like CM9 but to no avail they keep turning back on.

Correction, leave the setting checked in device settings and if u go to system/usr/keylayout and delete those four lines in sec.touchkey.kl and save then reboot, it will completely disable the buttons and lights.

Didn't want to disable the entire buttons just lights. But someone suggested to me enable the light with the checkmark then reboot, it's backwards for some reason.

Yeah having both is definitely asinine but I thought is was something different to look at for once. But either way I don't dig the lights or the fact it uses battery.

No need to have the mods remove it, and actual it is useful info. I would change the title to [Solved]Button Lights Off | AOKP
and then put in OP the way to solve those lights like i said.

That's correct dude. You have to have motion enabled. Then swipe your hand right or left on the screen. I got it anyways, I think most of the future he has in this video is a apex launcher future. I got most of it. But my s-voice is crap.

I'm telling you its hardware. It did it to me way back when it came out. Your usb port thinks its being connected to a car dock. I remedied the problem by removing the clock.apk. if you want to completely solve it then have sprint fix the port or give you a refurb
