You can make voice and video calls but can't receive. In video calls you see the other person but they can't see you.
exactly .... In fact, they say:
What doesn't work:
- Cannot receive calls
- In video calls my video is not transmitted
- When the other person has video support you cannot make voice only calls (I dont care much for video calls, and I dont want to waste my 3G data for video when I only want to make a voice call).
- Defaults to rear camera (no way to change it)

Maybe u can try skype ive used that one

try to use viber
Viber the best app, it povide free calls betwin andriod to android mobiles, but you need
Internet coonections both sides.
Skype , Viber , Tango ... are working as ive tried .. of course no video calling ,just voice calling..
viber is the best so far for me
Try Fring and Viber ...
Fring is the best in industry... It has Best call clarity than Viber or other VoIP apps... and its easy to add the contacts, chat with gtalk, yahooo messenger, msn friends... there are so many features in Fring... So i Strongly Recommend Fring...

Use Skype or Viber.
In my case Viber is better. Try yourself and find which one is better for you.

i have a problem with whatsapp video call voice after install custom rom..
I believe that problem comes from audio_policy.conf, but don't know what to change..
Please share your audio_policy.conf if you don't have a problem with whatsapp video call voice..
the file directore is /system/etc/audio_policy.conf

If I use the mentioned apps ( Skype / FB Messenger / Hangouts) for voice calls only, no problems. The other end can hear me loud and clear but if I start doing Video+Voice calls, the other end can see the video but They can't hear my voice at all. I did try to search for solutions before posting here but no luck. Any help would be much appreciated.

i have a problem when making video calls using apps like Duo, Messener... seems to be losing voice so my friend can't hear my voice, or hears very low and echo . But when making voice calls on Duo or Messerger, the sound is normal. I also tried disabling Google assistant Voice match but it didn't fix it. I have also tried many rom versions from A10 to A11 all have the same situation, with stock rom A9 and A10, it is not the same. Can anyone help me, thanks!
