unfortunately i can´t find a version in the right resolution.......
I used it for 1-2 days... but why? u have any problem with the arc launcher?
you prolly mean "problems with the touchwiz" huh?
no, i dont have any problems with it, but i like the folder-option and the animation in the appdrawer of the arc launcher

yeah buddy, i have the version with the dots, which i believe is considered the standard version, for 960x800 res (480x800)
also found this thread by doing a quick google search http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=11856283&postcount=43
edit: dpi may be off which is prob what you were referring to instead of resolution, but maybe you did mean resolution lol
hey, yeah i saw that thread too....
but i didn´t try them cuz i saw the "Fully working: 550x960, 480x854, 480x800, 480x640, 320x480, 240x320"
and i read something about the sgs 2 having 840 x 480
i give it a try tomorrow
thx
/e:
doesn´t look too good ;(
hmm, iunno man. if i have time i'll take a closer look and see what i can do. just takes modding the apk a little
have not tried ,using laucher pro very smooth and fast

all right. a dude managed to install the live wallpaper.apk on his g1 but the live wallpaper's actually don't work right now. Even if they do work i think it will be too laggy to enjoy and will make the phone lacky.
1 ghz nexus processor > 528 mhz g1/mytouch processor

did you see the the awesome-sauce graphics of the live wallpapers? it is going to lag like the water one. maybe the original nexus one might work right but i don't think a 100 mhz phone that runs flashing wallpapers is being called truly animated.
lets hope the dev community can get this working , I would love to see this on my Magic

Nice as a prototype but who wants a spinning cube as their wallpaper?
What's stopping them from importing the actual live wallpapers?

You can download the live wallpapers from the Market onto manup's rom. Starfield, Duck Hunt, Digital Rain, and the one with the colorful circles work 100% with the ROM.

can you help me and tell me how to download them?? i have manups rom too and i cant use/download them..
ty
Not sure which thread it is but there is already someone working on making them for the magic so yeah...
for the live wallpapers on the mytouch was running the 2.1 vers 1.5 from the dream development forum. ran tons smoother then the g1 i also tested it on . only switched back to a 1.6 rom as i wanted vid camera capabilities back. All the live wall papers from market installed smoothly and seamlessly
Here is a rom. All the live wallpapers work, the only one I had trouble with is the mondal clock. The wallpapers, although they look cool, are just a distraction and drain battery. The rom itself is actually pretty fast =p
Live wallpaper
i have live wallpaper running on mytouch 3g
Anyone know how I can get nexus livewallpaper on my dream with eclair 2.1?
I really love the wallpaper with colored lines...
TIA

Anyone have this live wallpaper working on their G1? I tried installing the .apk on CM6 but it just shows a white screen.
Probably due to the resolution?

I dont think its that, i just think our gpu can't handle it or the relevant parts of renderscript are missing.
Either way, imma try to use the droid boot animation images + this to create one for our screens. Let's see how this works out lol.
Here this is wht i came up with lol. U can always make the images exactly like the original (as in the droid eye to be smaller n wht not) but i won't pursue it any further lol
Link
first sorry for my english...
and second thank you very much for the first droid eye's live wallpaper working on my dream G1
it's not the same as the ortiginal but it's work...
great job
Just trying to figure out how to use custom icon packs? and where to get them?
Ive never really done much in the way of customising my phone, and just installed Go launcher EX..
Managed to get a nice black and white thing going but obviously all the icons are the standard sgs2 ones. so what would be the easiest way to replace them?
Thanks for any help
Still learning myself, but check this thread in the Android Themes forum (not specific to the SGS2)
Hope that's what you're wanting...
thanks for that..
Didnt realize you had to alter each icon 1 at a time linking each 1 to the one you want it to replace though... was kinda hoping just to download a pack,, install it and it would auto replace all the relevant icons., heh

I just installed the 1.4 version, but lock themes are shown like in a bigger resolution than screen, so they kinda looks small and weird xD. So I ended up installing the 1.3.1 version.

Hey guys, Attempted to modify the stock DPI last night and noticed the phone dialer like in all Samsung based roms becomes warped..
I was hoping someone with the skillset could make a modified version of the dialer so its multiDPI compatible.. Would love to use a slightly lower DPI for more screen real estate.
Its tempting to move over to CM9/AOKP but I cant pull myself away from TouchWiz at the moment.
Cheers guys, look forward to your responses.
You could use a modified touchwiz launcher to increase the room that way. Otherwise you could use a different dialer from the marketplace...
Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk 2
Both valid work arounds, although not a solution.. default dialer is the best in my opinion.
Looking for stock mdpi dialer.. This stock dialer is too good to omit . Searching for a good guide, couldn't find one.

Great, if you find one please do share.
I remember seeing a guide on how to convert the dialer to mdpi on some other model phone in the past, the methodologies could be applied just the same.. although it was quite outdated.
When I get a chance ill see if I can find it, ill post a link on here may help someone with a little more skillset then myself.
+1
Would love to see a 240 dpi touchwiz phone dialler for the S3
Please let me know if you guys find one that works =)
