Firstly, you haven't got a recovery.
Secondly, post the bootloader information.
Bootloader Information:
HBOOT 0-93.0001
Radio 5.11.05.27
News???
Sounds like you haven't got a recovery.
If the phone boots, S-OFF it with revolutionary and flash recovery.
If it doesn't boot then run a RUU and do as above.
Tks
I tryed with S-OFF revolutionary but when I run revolutionary compare:
"Waiting for device"
I install drivere HTCDriver3.0.0.007
Are you sure we're in fastboot while running revolutionary?

Yes sure!!!
Is Windows 7 the problem???
Nope, Windows 7 isn't the problem. Have you installed the necessary Windows hboot drivers correctly?
Sent from my HTC Desire using Tapatalk 2
I install driver HTCDriver3.0.0.007(driver for fastboot)
http://downloads.unrevoked.com/HTCDriver3.0.0.007.exe
This driver is correct???
Driver looks ok, I meant when installing them with phone in fastboot did you get Android Bootloader Interface listed under Android Phone in Device Manager on pc?
edit: presume HTC Sync application not installed, or anything like myphoneexplorer that might interfere with process?
HTC Sync don't installed.
In attach Android Phone in Device Manager(first fastboot and after fastboot)
Can't remember now if Win 7 has a different device description to XP, will need to check what shows up on my pc at home. Another thing that might interfere with process is running anti-virus eg AVG - so might need to be disabled.
edit: checked that and looks ok, try unistall and re-install the drivers. Is it possible you somehow got a usb brick?

ok... sorry before..but firstly..i wanna ask you..
did you already sure has knowing how to root your DHD...i mean what step by step you must do it and what file you are needed..?
because you're already tell me that the driver is correctly detected your phone right..and just as charge mode only (not as storage)?, so that's just exactly what you needed it to running android debugging..and ofcourse that's the main requirement to rooting your phone..

[Q] Galaxy Nexus fastboot driver errors

I am stuck trying to unlock my boot loader because I cannot get the drivers for fastboot to install. As soon as I try to update android 1.0 in device manager I get a windows error stating 'windows encountered a problem installing the driver software for your device' and i get the error code: This device cannot start. (code 10). At the same time as the driver install fails a error comes up on the bottom of my galaxy nexus while in fastboot mode stating: Fastboot command error -2147483647. Below is a list of things i have tried.
- Ensured USB debugging is enabled
- Tried different USB ports/cables
- Tried separate computers running Win7/XP
- Tried installing drivers using another Galaxy Nexus
- Tried installing and uninstalling drivers from different sources such as tool kits
I would be highly grateful if someone could help out this is driving me mad. Does anyone have suggestions? Thanks in advance

Have a look at the "basics" link in my signature. There is a link to drivers that work and how to install them.

install the driver
Little bit of common sense and google search will get u a long way
thanks for the reply. i thought i had the drivers with the android sdk package. after a bit of googling i have downloaded an android usb package, which i had to install with the phone in hboot usb mode and it was successful. however my laptop no longer recognizes the phone when plugged in as charge only. so i am now looking for the relevant driver for this. p.s, i am a total noob at this custom /android/sdk thingymajig! once again thanks for any help
hi.after installing the driver my laptop recognises the phone in hboot mode but will not recognise it in the normal mode which it needs to be in, in order to start unrevoked. when I install the htc driver it no longer recognises hboot ! any suggestions on what I am doing wrong?

And have u installed htc sync then uninstalled sync only, leaving the drivers installed?
yes I have! I have even un installed the corresponding driver's and installed the ones required as the phone goes through reboots, and I have got to the end (surprisingly! ) whereupon it says It cannot do it, maybe because I have a newer firmware. I would gladly deal with the last hurdle (firmware) if I can get there without the malarkey of installing/reinstalling drivers. I downloaded android usb driver's from another website before seeing your reply with the link. I will try the drivers in your link and if I have no joy I would be grateful of any help in the future. thanks for your help.

[DRIVER] ADB won't recognize phone

Hey guys !
I've encountered a strange problem with my HOX.
ADB won't recognize my phone when it's connnected via usb.(it does, when I do this OTA way via wifi), everything else works, fastboot DOES recognize my phone and I can also transfer files.
I definitely know it's a driver problem but, ... I tried it the old way when I installed HTC Sync so the right drivers are installed but when I do this, my pc stops recognizing the phone completely.
tl;dr. If I have no HTC drivers installed I can transfer files and see my phone but can't use ADB. If I install them via HTC Sync or using a separated installer I can't see my phone at all.
Can someone provide me with the right drivers ?
btw. I'm using WIN 8.1 64bit.
Thanks
