Hello fellow tab owners, I was very interested in purchasing the official Samsung leather sleeve but i can't seem to find it anywhere. I checked my local best buy and they didn't have it. Best buy.com also doesn't have it and samsungs website shows that its not in stock. Anyone know where to get one?

Is this the one that unfolds, or does the tab slide in and out of it? Kinda hard to tell by the sammy photos.
The sleeve is just that--a sleeve. The tab slides in and out. The book case is the one that opens up and can be used as a stand. Haven't seen the book case anywhere, but I did see the sleeve at Fry's as well

I also got one at Fry's, $29.99
It's nice, but doesn't offer a ton of protection.

yea I got this at the tabs launch on the 8th since I was 6th on line lol. I have been using it ever since but the problem is I need to bring an additional item with me as a stand so thats its main and only drawback

Curious why you have both a Galaxy Tab and iPad... when I switched to Android I felt so lacking whenever I touched an iProduct, lol. I got rid of mine.

Hmm, I looked all over online for the Sleeve, so not sure it's to be had online yet.

Just got mine in Palo Alto Fry's. They denied having it and then I found a stack in the ipad section ... dying. Fry's people are morons.
Cool. Yeah, I found mine in the ebook reader aisle at the Sunnyvale Fry's. They keep a lot of their tablet accessories there.

Nah, thats for 10.1V because 7" is narrower than this + always look @ the back and camera placement. We still have to wait little more.

So I was looking around on Verizon's website for Xoom accessories. They are at a severely discounted price but most of it is sold out. Now when you set to see accessories for the Xoom, it shows the keyboard folio as out of stock, but I discoverer that if you click on it, sometimes it will give you the option to order it. The trick is not to click on the option for the overview of all accessories, you want to hit the button to see all recommended accessories. Once there, the case is shown as in stock. I figured what the hell, I'll order it and if anything I'll get a folio case for 30 bucks. Lo and behold it came in the mail. I'll post some screenshots and a receipt picture in a bit.

On the Verizon site go to shop, then do a search for the Xoom Bluetooth Keyboard Folio case. You may have to navigate around a bit, but it's worth it at $29.

I got it today and I really love it! I'm typing on it now. It's a lot less bulky than I thought it would be.
I cannot get the keyboard to show in stock. I even called the 800 number and my local Verizon and was told they were out of stock.

I just noticed this morning that the keyboard folio shows IN STOCK without having to do the workaround to get it to show in stock.
I got my keyboard folio case and it's great. Very well constructed and very sturdy. The keyboard works great and is handy to have. Amazing deal at $29!

I am wondering if it was a mistake and if the keyboard will actually ship. I had talked to a sales rep prior when it showed not available and he checked all the warehouses and no one had any. When I try to check the status of the order I get an error message.

mine show the same error but it actually got ship the very same day. I guess Verizon website is not so good in notifying you when they ship your item. Got mine two days later. So far so good for 30 dollars.

Same happened to me. Status checked said page not found and I didn't get a shipping notification like I usually do from Verizon but it still arrived the next day.

If that were the case I'd have never rcvd the sweet white carbon fiber battery cover I just got since it doesnt even have a name brand. Moral of the story, dont knock it till you try it

I'd have to agree with that. But most of if not all of those same accessories ship from Hong Kong too...everything ordered from the site I posted might cost a few bucks more, but they're shipped from the USA and arrive much faster. To some, that's worth the few extra bucks spent.

I am always willing to pay a little extra to get it from the states. I order stuff because I want it now, not in 3 weeks. I have my eBay app set up to show only US sellers for that reason alone. I know it's all the same stuff. I contacted Amazon about putting that feature into their app twice, with no response

All those recognized name brands had to start off as unknowns at one point aswell. People these days cant seam to grasp that concept tho. Lots of times thats where NEW ideas come from. The NEW guys.

Does anyone of you know where you can find decent cases in switzerland? The only thing available here are these ugly s-line tpu cases, and I'd rather use no case than vomit everytime i look at my phone (yeah I know I'm exaggerating).
Yeah sure I could order some from Amazon or elswhere online, but the problem is that amazon often doesn't ship to Switzerland. If you order elswhere the cost of the packaging and shipping are twice the one of the case and I don't want to pay like more than 40$ for a freakin case. And even if I ordered one from outside Switzerland, there is a chance that it gets picked up at the border and you have to pay duty (I once paid 70$ for something that costed 50, because of processing fees).
if you know where to get some nice screenprotectors it would also be nice.
I don't have high hopes that someone knows a place, since the N5 isn't officialy available in Switzerland.
