Freedom Pro Bluetooth Keyboard with Xoom - Xoom Accessories

I bought the Freedom Pro Bluetooth Keyboard for the Xoom and it works really well.

It was simple to install; put in batteries, switch on, press pair button, search on Xoom, finds keyboard - pair, type in pair key on keyboard, and it was paired.
Now to connect I just press home, at the homescreen, I turn on the keyboard and it automatically connects and the keyboard can be used straight away.
The escape button works as back and the Fn + internet button works as home. The Fn + volume buttons also work.
The little easel thing that you can stand your phone on doesn't work with the Xoom though. The Xoom is just too heavy.
I love that you can have a full keyboard, but can fold it in half so that it can be more portable.
It also seems to come in different layouts for different regions.

I bought one to go with my HTC Evo 3d and use it for both phone and Xoom Wifi; it works well.

[Q] Does it exist?

Hello guys, I would know if exists a sliding keyboard for our Atrix like this one for the iphone 4 shop.brando.com/iphone-4-ultra-thin-slide-out-wireless-keyboard_p05764c1198d046.html[/url]
I don't think there are any ones specific to Atrix out there (meaning, cases that are formatted to accept a BT keyboard for Atrix)
But really, almost any BT keyboard should work. Even that one you posted should work on the Atrix, but the case wouldn't.
I would really like to see some made for the Atrix. There are so many of them for the iPhone ...
Not enough demand for one probably
I see I'm not the only one having physical keyboard withdrawals..
I'd be surprised to see something specific for the Atrix. In the meantime you could use about any bluetooth keyboard or even a full usb keybord..

Desktop dock: a cheaper and makes more sense alternative

hi guys,
just to share some of the tips I have with the Galaxy Note. I always felt the official desktop dock isn't as good as it didn't allow us to access the S-pen. Also, the price is rather steep..
just my suggestion, do get yourself a spidum podium from ebay or gmarket
The spider podium can be altered easily to suit your needs. I designed it in such a way where it could hold the Galaxy Note in Landscape or Portrait, has 2 holders for the S-Pen and wired up the USB cable.

I am doing this for a Samsung Mobile Singapore facebook contest.. so do visit http://on.fb.me/notereview, click like and subscribe the app, click on review button and look for my name Yihao Lin ..
I have one of these, they're great!
I mainly use mine when I'm DJing to hold my phone while I have a "LED scrolling sign" app (I use Ticker) displaying messages/song titles
Have used it to mount it as a Sat-Nav in the car before as well
There is topic about that on the forum already

HTC urBeats Earbuds

HTC and Beats ended their partnership and Woot.com had a fire sale on the HTC compatible urBeats and were a decent price. Now that I have left my HTC One and started using a Nexus 5 here what I've test and know what works and what doesn't.
- same audio quality. Very good actually.
- the next/back button are volume buttons
- the play/pause button does play/pause but when double tapped it jumps to the next track.
I haven't tested the mic yet but, when I do I'll post up what I find. I'm sure it'll work just fine since all this stuff is universal.
So far I haven't used any headphone apps to control the buttons but will if its a serious issue. Overall very happy that my urBeats work with the Nexus 5.

Clock disappearing and physical buttons unresponsive

I recently started noticing my Tab S 8.4 was dropping the clock from the status bar, leaving a much smaller empty space. Whenever the clock disappears, my Home, Back, and Recent Apps buttons also disappear.

In order to rid myself of the problem, I went as far as to reset my tablet and then format my SD card (twice; first I formatted it on my desktop and again upon reinserting it into my tablet). But the problem hasn't gone away.

Wow. The problem was due to a magnet. A magnet on the back of my case.
I guess this means the case that's awesome when I need a keyboard also kinda sucks when I want to use the tablet without the keyboard, since there's no way to fold it where the tablet still works properly. Bummer for me.

Game Controller TestConnecting a controller to your Android phone might not seem like a very difficult task but configuring it can be a challenge sometimes. I've found that it can be easier to solve a Rubik's cube with my mouth, while cracking a bank safe during an epileptic seizure.
Luckily there is an app to help us along with this. Game Controller Test will help you adjust the button mapping and sensitivity of the joysticks.
This app features a simple, beautiful and easy to use interface which follows the Material Design guidelines. Supports all Gamepad buttons, DPAD , Bumpers, Triggers and Analog Sticks. It also lets you assign custom Controller button values.
