I was wondering if there is any widget/application or someone could make the application to call power button menu instead of pressing the button each time.
I already searched the market and xda but seems there is nothing
I'm looking for the exact same thing and wasn't able to find it too!
Would be very nice, if someone could code a widget!

Thanks for your attention, there are some widgets on the market which can do reboot and recovery or even download mode. but it was just an idea to create a new widget to popup power menu, I think that would not be so difficult for programmers as they are only going to call a phone function.

One question, I press power button for 5 seconds, metkosas power off screen shown. I selected "power off" from option, a messagebox prompt to ask to confirm. I think this extra prompt is not necessary.
Suggestion:
Once metkosas detected program triggered by power button, then immediate shutdown, no more prompt required.

yes i know that but i have a problem with visual basic . doents works the funtion on wm6 and wm5 for shutdown it only turn the screen off so for now it will stay with this confirmation dialog until found another way to make it work.

you dont need volume up button.its only home+power button

If this is the case i am looking forward to check with you guys if its possible that when the screen is off can we make the power button for long press as Play Pause ?
This should be possible but power button could actually switch off the phone as well.

Hey, i dont know much about those things, but i dont think menu button would be a good choice since it is a capacitive button... I'd rather use the home button, cause theres no further use on longpressing it on the lockscreen?

Yes i do use that option but when i m on bed and flip over i will pause the track and when i keep is normal the bed will reduce the sound so i've disable the Motion
Any way to do this without root on the Note 4? I believe HTC offers this option on their M7 and M8 phones, so I really hope Samsung did the same since they switched it.

haha me too i want menu one touch menu and recent long press of home button
I didn't realize the back button still did menu with a long-press. Glad to have learned that rather than having to search the 4 corners of the screen to see where the menu in whatever app is hidden.
When root is found, it should be a simple thing to flip the functionality of it right?
Also, anyone else wish there was a flashlight quick toggle in the notification tray?
