The lock screen wallpaper is 480x800 and the default home wallpaper is 960x800.

Hi I have downloaded sever different icons packs with 16x16 icons but when I change the stock icon to them they get realized and look very pixalated.
Anyone know why or recommened some small icon packs that might work? I am looking for icons in he style of the attached pic. I'm using apex launcher.
