Does anyone knows where does yahoo mobile messenger stores login ID and Password
beside the fact that you are unnable to check/uncheck if i want to save my password , even if i delete the app data the login id and password are still memorized
No real idea, but try clearing the dalvik cache in cwm, will take a while to boot up after.
Also check sdcard for any left over folders.

tnx ...but i wast thinking at the specific file....not to wipe all cache
The dalvik cache is like temporary internet files is to internet explorer. Safe to delete in cwm. Will take a while to boot, but it will. Something to try if you're still have no luck.

Moved to proper forum.
No. Thats wrong. That error you are seeing is because you have not partitioned your sd card. This does not mean that your davik cache is not being wiped.

Uhh...tell that to Mr. Clown when he locks this thread.
i restarted my phone and its stuck on bootloop, what do i do?
Try reflashing the ROM without wiping. BTW, for better help, honestly, you need to explain a lot more than the 3-4 words you have posted.
Actually i got the same prob. I disconnected from usb without pressing turn off (i use cyanogen 7.0.3 stable). After doing so, adw launcher didnt seem to respond so i decided to reboot. After that, i got boot loop on reboot. Flashing the rom again seems to solve the problem, but only until next reboot. Any suggestions?

The same type of question,2-3 sentance, no spec of phone. Dude post your spec.
Else try a clean install, formatting boot, system, cache, dalivc cache, user data, ext , etc.

Do I perform the permission fix after I install the rom

Nop,not necessarily. Cos some will do it as default. But some wont. But it will do no harm if u do, other than consuming 2-5 minutes .

Ok , then the option remaining is restore from backup. If u have the backup of current rom, go to advanced backup in cwm and do system resrore only. And check if it works. If it wont, do full wipe and do a complete restore. No more optns.:-(

i dont have a backup, unfortunantly, looks like i will have to wait until future releases of splash ics then to see if the problem is with other wildfires trying to run that ROM or if it is just mine :-(
Should i redownload the rom to see if that works for me?
Tried wiping data/cache/dalvik cache/system/data-factory reset, and then reflash? 1st boot always takes more time btw.

Help all. I have recently installed the latest build of AOKP. I copied all the my backed up media back onto my s3. But my thumbnails are gone. Every time I open my gallery, it seems like the thumbnails need to regenerate. And the videos don't have thumbnails at all! Help?

What did you use to transfer your info back to the phone?
Have you cleared the cache in the gallery app? Settings - apps - all - gallery. then reboot
Also, you may try wiping cache and dalvik in recovery after restoring data back to your device
I just copied them via pc

And they open fine on your phone? I'm not sure what's going on if you've cleared the gallery cache, rebooted and files are opening fine except for wrong/no thumbnails
So there's no fix???

Install root explorer and check what's the permissions are like on your mounted file system. Try deleting files with other file Explorer apps. Try fx which is there in play store. (search keyword: file explorer)
If the problem still persists, Try doing a factory reset, clear cache and dalvik cache. And then try deleting the files.

Yes. Remember to wipe cache and dalvik cache too. Try carbon rom which is aosp based and is very stable in terms of performance and battery. If you want all the Samsung and s pen features try the latest omega rom v18. I hope your issue gets resolved soon.
