Check the Android Development section. Someone just posted it.
Also, you could always flash the stock rooted 2.1 and wait for it to prompt you for the update..

Custom roms for i8160 will work on i8160L if you follow instructions on my thread. But the jelly bean isn't compatible.

Since you can only install GB custom roms I would recommend Kyrillos v5 or Italian Job 0.5

That's Color OS 2.0, and as the file name suggests, it's beta. I haven't tested it myself so I am unsure if it's stable for daily use.
You should find the most current stable version in the same forum.
