i did'n test it on KF1 but most of the times it won't work on other builts.
so i wil port it to the first 2.3.4 rom and i hope it's comming up later this week

the changes made here are noticed when u press the keys......instead of a blue press key replaced it with transparency.........so it doesnt luk silly when buttons are pressed......
REQUEST:
I need png files proper ones from original ginger bread roms so that i can update it in the gingerbread theme......cant find them so....forced to use samsung original pngs.....also plz make sure the pngs are of exact size as the defaults(if they are larger i wont mind but dont post anything too large and smaller pngs wont do)

Just tried with Hamster 4.3 ROM and it doesn't seem to be working. Copied to system/app after renaming old dialer to DialertabactivtyOLD.apk, rebooted and still have the original keypad. Am I doing anything wrong?

ummmm i am waitng fer my exams to get over .........after dat i will be working on an update.zip.......and also modified AOSP lockscreen too
Note:The lockscreen will be ROM sensitive as it involves modifiyng framework-res.apk

try dloading again and replace it again........

M also on 5.5 currently and i havent had any problems as of yet.......try again and see if it works.........u can find the original dialer in darky's rom....hopefully it is a copy of unmodified zip

Finally i did wipe cache/dalvik cache immediately after installing the theme, before reboot, and works well!
The dialer it's not modified... is that normal?
Maybe could you include battery percentage for the icon?

Yes it is, by manually editing the needed files (SystemUI.apk and framework-res.apk).

You can use APK Manager, Google it .
There's a tut there too.
Otherwise, you can do it by replacing the files by hand on your PC, by browsing into the APK by hand (use WinRAR or 7zip).

Ive tried it a few times today but nothing worked when i overwrite the SystemUI.apk and framework-res.apk my phone doesnt boot anymore
and also the APK manager isnt working
i dont know what to do now
Hi. I just tested this mod on RC 3.1 for captivate and got to says it looks good. Sadly the phone process FCed uncontrollably and got to revert to stock. Keep the good work!

doesn't work in wanamlite...first boot - status bar, messaging and video player was missing. second boot resulted in bootloops.

1. The status bar's clock numbers haven't become white for me
2. In the contacts, the options .menu is very dark.. refer to attached screenshot..

1. i havent touched clock.. its stock.. white clock in my screenies is as m using disaster system ui which has option to change clock colour.. i will look to change clock colour to white.
2. The menu is made like this.. when u select any app whatsapp in ur screeny the always and just once buttons will change its color.. its not a bug..

It doesn't show any error, I leave it installing about 10 minutes, but never ends...
u have to install this theme using cmw.. it takes a minute at most.. try downloading again may b u got a bad file..

1. i dont think its possible
2. even if he do it then our screen are small and we will be left with very small space to read the msg.

I guess the problem MIGHT be cuz i accidentally used HellyBean's Mms app instead of cm10.1 's so it aint working on a few roms nw , will be releasing a purely cm10.1 based app, hope it works then

Provided you're running a 4.1.x or 4.2.x rom, it should work fine
