ZEN Pinball THD

Have any of you already tried this game?
It is free in Tegra Zone however it is not working on my Galaxy s2.
Any suggestion?

Tried every tweak in chainfire will not load .

you gotta have the Nvidia plugin in order for it to work. If you don't have it, google is your friend.
Coming from an Lg G2x, i loved playing tegra games. Graphics are just amazing. I play Sprinkle, Backbreaker THD, GOF THD, and ShadowGun on my SGS2 and they all play fine with CF3D w/ the Nvidia plugin.

Hey everyone, is there a preferred place to put the apk's? Right now once I've downloaded them on my computer I connect my phone and then transfer them over to the root and then install them.

If you already have installed the apk, this file can be removed from your phone. At least that you want to keep it as backup.

I also play mostly tegra games, Zen Pinball THD doesn't work. Next time try it instead of saying "It should workz, you iz doing something wrong.".

You can google those. Just type in chainfire android nvidia plugins.

I think you have to use the pro version cause I can't get **** to run.

Games that work on S3

I just wanted to know what games work for you guys. I figured most games would be supported because of Qualcomm Adreno graphics. But I tried Mass Effect: Infiltrator which just crashes, and MC3 and Nova3 just say unsupported. So I just wanted to know, what graphically good games you all have been able to get working.
Thread is now just a discussion about games on the S3.

Shadowgun works.

Asphalt 6: adrenaline tells me my device is not supported.

Need for speed
Final Defense
Front Line Commando
Most Glu games I believe, Gameloft, on the other hand, rarely works

Riptide GP is a good one. Worth buying for sure.

Has anyone tried Chanfire 3d on the US S3? It worked perfectly on my s2, but now when I install it it reboots the phone, after driver install, and the app is missing? I tried to re-install the app, but says 'incompaitable update'.???

six guns did not work.

I don't know what kind of games your looking for but Minecraft Pocket works on mine and so does Game Dev Story.

Which needs for speed works? I have shift and it wouldn't work.

Max Payne does NOT work. You can move and aim but all the other controls are missing and the touch setup is grayed out. You can even bring up the menu to quit once youre in

It's BS about all these games that are not supported for the U.S. Galaxy S3. Millions of people would buy these games and so many do not even work. I have weaker device but at least it has way more high-end games for it. Either that or I can spend more money and get way more high-end games for my iPad.

If you change your build.prop file ALL games work. You simply make apps think youre on a different device....hence the gt-i9100 signature you see below when im typing this on my i747 gsiii

Broken Games Thread

This thread is to share which games are not workingon the s3.
I upgraded from my s2 to the sprint s3 and the following are no longer playable. Has anyone had any luck getting them to work ?
2. Dead Space (crashes when loading game)
3. Dungeon Defenders ( crashes on loading l)
4. Dark Meadow ( crashes when opening)
8. Star Blitz (unconfirmed)
9. Tiger Woods 2k12 (unconfirmed)
Keeping some added items as unconfirmed until more than 1 person reports the same issue.
If anyone has conflicting info please share !
Anyone have other games to add or know of a way to get anything above to work ? (Will keep list updated)

Well it shows it is "not compatiable with my device" but when I got my phone (like day 1) no such distinction was made so I reinstalled it fresh....now that and max payne and dark meadow don't show up easily

Sure did. Didn't see that other post. All the games I play run pretty good, but then again, I don't play many games on my phone.

star blitz will not even open enough to download resource package. i think this is a resolution issue, as it worked fine on my s2, but NOT my transformer prime OR s3. i emailed them regarding it, ill post back my findings.

tiger woods 2k12 doesn't work, paid $5 for that shiz too. worked perfectly fine on my og epic, so there's no excuse. doesn't work on nexus 7 either.

9mm by Gameloft also says it's not compatible with this device . Bought it when I had Evo3d. Strange cause this device is more powerful than 3d and it was compatible with that. Guess it's software issues?

I took and transfered the apk for dead space from my s2 and other then some sound crackle from time to time it plays fine. Any of the apks I've downloaded from the net would just crash after loading like already mentioned.

Shadowgun is free too on SamsungApps

I downloaded it and had the same error message. I proceeded and it downloaded an additional 850MB package. However It crashes right after the Gameloft symbol. I also noticed superuser shows several times "Shell granted super user access" which is a little bothersome...

Can you send a screen shot for Canadian build prop?

i usually don't play fps games, but gave this a shot since its free! seriously, im blown away at the quality and over hd epicness of this game. mobile games have come a long way and i still remember playing snake and racing game demos on my dad's flip phone...

It shouldn't do a license check against the play market since you are downloading it from Samsung apps.

Doesn't work on my rooted "Canadian" version, same license check screen which I will say no too, delete, thanks anyways.

I have a gameloft account and can login , so my question is : is gameloft live account different from a reg gameloft account ?

for $1 i'll give it a shot... been master prestige for a while on bops2 and taken a few weeks off... was going to go finish the campaign on some of the other COD games that I never bothered with... so maybe this will be a nice new challenge.
also I wonder how this will do on the OUYA when it comes out lol

I really don't get how anyone can play a fps on a tablet or phone. I tried it out and had to do a refund. It was neat but I would need a mouse and keyboard to play it.

Its actually pretty well made for android devices. Play with a controller and ur set.
