Is there a ROM that'll let you have customizable toggles in the swipe down bar?

Like in CM7 for the EVO phones. I'd like to put in a toggle to change the display brightness and a flash light switch.

[Q] Notification LED Brightness Tweak for all roms?

I was running a CM7 Miui rom and appreciated the super bright notification LED. Is this something that can be applied manually to all roms?

Searching for MOD - brightness control in dropdown menu

Hi,
I like lean and stable ROMs. Therefore i chose between bugless beast, Team EOS nightly and minco V5.
My only complain is that i'd really like to have a brightness slider in the dropdown menu cuz i hate autobrightness and i have to access the brightness slider very often.
Is there any known mod out there that adds that particular feature to one of the ROMs?
Thanks

You don't need any mod because there is a brightness option in android 4.2 already in the notification bar.
You can access it by two ways:
1- Pull down the notification bar, press on the upper right corner icon.
2- Pull down the notification bar by two fingers at the same time
Hope that helps
Thanks but i wanna stay on 4.1.2

Then maybe one of these two apps could help with brightness and other toggles as well because you are running 4.1.2
Power Toggles: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.painless.pc&hl=en
Notification Toggle: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.j4velin.notificationToggle&feature=related_apps

[Q] Any way to get rid of the 4.1.1 brightness slider?

I use an app to control my brightness. Like the app a lot better.
Would love to get more real-estate in my pull-down menu that the brightness slider is taking up.
I did a lot of googing and couldn't figure it out.
But I did find a new theme package for JB 4.1.1 that has an option to get rid of the brightness slider. And the theme is pretty incredible and totally customizable:

Thank you for the port.
This rom is working very well. There are a lot of custom settings laid out in a nice and userfriendly layout, very nice! Only problem I found was that *front* facing cam seems to be stuck in some sort of "wide" mode, so my face was really long when in portrait, and more correct in landscape. And why remove "hold back button to force close app" -Solution: Edit hardware keys to holding back button-kill app. As in some other roms, there seems to be an issue when using auto brightness that causes the screen to use anything from seconds to minutes on waking up.
There are some advanced settings that are locked, probably because of our kernel (like changing Gpu freq and vibration). 13mpx cam working, focus works fine. Definitely one of the most well made roms I've seen!
Tested on E975intl
PS. Rom is very very similar to Beanstalk rom posted by ltelg, I've posted basically the same comment there. Carbon has a slightly better layout for the numerous settings IMO.
i wish someone can port this rom for my f180l,
Hi ltelg

He ONLY ports, no updates. He does put out new ports every now and then. But he doesn't post much to xda any more, Here you can find a quite new carbon port
This is a great ROM but have just noticed that the brightness must be set to nearly 100% to be a normal brightness. Is anyone else having to set their brightness so high ? Itdoes drain quite a bit of battery I have noticed.
Cheers, LL13-
