you might have mess something up with the rom, if not then it might be a hardware failure.

Yes! Where is neldar?!?!!
All of a sudden my led notification has stopped working. It has stopped before but usually I can play with it for a while and get it to work (changing led on/off times and a couple of reboots). But now that isn't working and its been 2 days any suggestion on how to fix this issue?
Through extensive research and calculations I have concluded that the SGH-T989 doesn't have a notification LED.

Maybe I shouldn't have said led, but if go into ROM control there is an option for led (four buttons on the bottom) menu home back and search and they will blink when u get a notification. Mine has stopped working. Now please do more extensive research and calculating and let me know something.
After further research, the option you're looking for is under settings>device options>sensors>enable keys notification.

Got it working. Thanx for the help.
Having some serious problem here. My led isn't lighting up while charging etc. Although LED test shows that the LED are working fine.
What should i check or do?
Settings- Display- LED indicator.

Try that. That should work. Else re-flash or if you're not confident of that, go to cc

Led indicator is on, that's for sure. I didn't touch it.
Only shut down has light, the rest charging etc has no light.
Tried reflash also.
U can use light manager instead.

Sorry to revive a long-forgotten thread, but I received my n7105 from UM yesterday and the phone works perfectly apart from the LED indicator not lighting up.
Just curious if you found a way to fix this issue or was there some hidden setting which was hindering the LED light working correctly?
I also installed light manager but unfortunately it doesn't seem to help the situation.
I'm guessing maybe the LED light is a dud but hoping there's some way to rectify this without having to return it.
Thanks mate.
Sometimes when i lock the screen to my phone the screen does not light up, the capacitive keys at the bottom light up but the screen does not. I am rooted on a stable cm10 build and have tried other ROMs also. Could not find anyone else with this issue. Thanks. Sent from my SPH-L710 using xda app-developers app

pretty much SOD > sleep of death. Toggling the power button can fix it. Generally a rough app force closing or bad sleep off settings. o=

Haha! that's what everyone said. Even the Sprint guys who fixed it were shocked..
Mine is not quite like that, my screen still works fine but if I lock my phone repeatedly it will eventually cycle to this odd issue to where they white keys light up but the screen does not. Once the issue tosses then I can hit the lock key again and the screen is fine..

Your gonna have to let the phone die, leave it until it shuts itself off and then put it back on the charger.
