Hallo ROM-Developers.
Is it possible to include Sense 3.0 as original as possible, instead of resizing it?
I noticed, that the widgets are working well with a density of 167, but not the Sense Dialer, the SMS-App as well as the position of the icons on the homescreen, so maybe it can be improved in that way.

I think the devs know what they're doing. If changing the dpi was the only thing needed to make it work, don't you think they would have done it?
Sense 3.0 was originally designed for screens with higher resolutions than the DHD so therefore it all needs to be resized to fit the screen. The earlier versions of the Sense 3.0 ROMS were at the native resolution and if you look on Youtube there are a few videos of those. There was no dock and no "right of the screen" if you know what I mean lol

Has anyone noticed that when you try to set a wallpaper from your gallery, the adjustable rectangle is as if rotated 90 deg. The area you choose is exactly the size of one screen, so the wallpaper doesn't scroll when you move from one screen to another.
Is it a bug or is it like this because the transition between screens 1 and 7 wouldn't look good.
Also, I've noticed that the sense 3 widgets aren't properly scaled. They're a little bit flat. Not much... but It's annoying when I look at my girlfriend's photo and see that it's too wide. I can't show her that!

Yeah I noticed that too! It's annoying because I got loads of cool wallpapers from the Galaxy S. Though I suppose maybe it's due to the new Sense 3.0 Rosie scroll "carousel" as opposed to the 2.1 one which works differently, no? I also used RCMix 2.0 Test 3 and it was the same...
same issues here, but hey, its a nightly build..
I think it is meant to not scroll the wallpaper anymore in Sense3 homescreen. I heard this issue in other forums too. Its like on the HTC Sensation. There is also no scrolling. Because of the carousel scrolling.

I was wondering if there is any way to edit files in these types of ROM so i could get the landscape homescreen as on AOSP and ICS ROMs?
I was aware that they don't as standard but was hoping i could have a go at making this happen.

i just wanted to ask if it´s possible to change the transition effects in ICS 4.0.3 with Sense 4.0 without changing the launcher?
I mean the effects when sliding from one screen to another. The default 3D slide is kind of boring ans sometimes laggy.

Hi I have a few questions that I didn't know if anyone could answer...
#1- LCD Density question. I lowered my LCD Density to 210 instead of the default 240, and on my dialer screen the actual screen is MUCH smaller. It isn't a huge deal, and I think that it's just due to it not being able to be stretched, but, I was wondering if anyone knows a workaround to get it to be fullscreen?
and #2 - I am running a stock, rooted, debloated 2.3.6.. I am running Darksides Kernel, and it preforms VERY well. The only thing I don't like is the lockscreen. I would like more of a ICS or just some different lockscreen than the full screen box thing now... I know about the apps on the market for the most part, unless someone has found a godsent app, but those apps seem to be buggy and not do what I want. Is there a way to flash a new lockscreen?

As far as the dialer screen not stretching is because its a touch wiz thing if you had aosp dialer it would stretch. And the lock screen you can try go locker from the play store it has lots of options or try juggs 5.0 ROM it has 5 lock screens to choose from

I know it is not possible to use them now. But Virtuous have been able to get into the m10 files.. So I'm wondering if there would be some way to port the Sense widgets to say Apex or Nova.. (and no, things like "beautiful widgets" just don't cut it, they miss the attention to detail of the true ones)
Why? Quite simply Rosie is starting to get on my nerves, even with the locked fps and such it feels laggy and slow compared to others BUT I don't want to lose the clock, calender, excellent switches etc.

No, Sense 4 is closed-source. Write your own widgets (and do a better job at it than HTC did..).
