no, the stock roms are odexed, meaning you cannot edit the framework-res.apk, you need a deodexed rom before you can theme

Here is my personal battery mod and some icons like wifi in systemUI.

its made for XXKF2 ONLY
the mod is available in Clockwork mod(flashable through clockwork mod, dont forget to backup), dont forget, its your responsibility when flashing! shocker..
21/6-11 added CRT effects
22/6-11 added overscroll along with CRT (for custom ROMs, as overscroll dont work with stock roms odexed)
22/6-11 fixed all three cwm with fixed icons in systemUI.apk. removed files only
22/6-11 added deodexed cwm
23/6-11 added mod for VILLAIN ROM 1.4 with CRT EFFECT AND NEW POWER MENU!

Are you sure that you have KF2 ROM in your sgs2?

only battery is framework file only...
statusbar dissapear is often due to systemui named wrong or clean dalvik cache, search for it, many has this problem..

For those who are lazy to do their own mod but wants to change the battery and some status bar icon, i created this from UOT Kitchen. Updates will be made in the future versions, if i find enough time.
circular.glow.v1.zip
Gingerbread 2.3.4 stock theme with battery and some status bar icon mod.
circular.glow.crysis.v1.zip
Modified glowing crysis theme. Credits go to Lovetz for the original theme.
Changes:
1. Changed glowing crysis battery to circular blue.
2. Changed usb and wifi tether to stock froyo. The gingerbread version is not nice.
3. Fixed E/3G/HSDPA status bar icons. I reverted it back to the default gingerbread animations.
Compatible roms:
1. coderom.v1
2. coderom.nexusace
3. deodexed kph
DISCLAIMER: Apply any of the themes at your own risk.
Boot into Recovery mode and apply the zip file.

SPB 3D Launcher. I didn't change the icon. It's the 3D button of this launcher.

No. The file is for deodexed kph only and for coderom.
I was wondering if anyone was able to change the status bar for TJD's newest release. The green battery icon, signal bar and quick toggles, dont give me the full android ICS experience. If anyone could change it and make it flashable that would be great. Maybe even with a circle battery mod
