Hi,
I've always used Haptic feedback, and always wondered what was the impact on battery. Sure there is one, but is it worth turning HF off to save some juice?

I seem to notice it goes out when typing on the keyboard after about sixteen keys more or less. Then comes back randomly. Vibration app i just downloaded works but only if before it goes out.

Hello, ive noticed that in some roms the vibration (haptic feedback and sms/notification) is lower. Is there an option to make it lower. Maybe in build.prop or something like that?

I just want to know if anyone else has got "scratchy" vibration through haptic feedback, but that I mean a scratchy noise. Mine has been doing it for a few months, but I have disabled all vibration feedback so don't notice it any more.
I have dropped my phone a few times, could this be the cause?
yes I have it on my HTC Desire HD

another good app is lumi... it has alot of features and allowy you to adjust the default autobrightness level and assign different light levels different brightness levels.
Thanks both of you very much for your help.
I'll give them a try.
