I can't find modern combat 2 on the Android market has anyone have this problem?

Its not on the Market. It's only available on the gameloft website

Gameloft reported that the game is on the market and also on the website as well

Asphalt 6 was just released yesterday and I am not able to find it in the market. Is is because it is still not pushed out for all devices yet or something similiar?
