HTC Widgets And Camera

I can't download HTC Widgets on madoco custom roms.
Can anyone guide me to a way in order to fix this problem ?
I am running 2.1 Eclair rom.
Also can anyone post HTCCamera.apk with 720p choice in the menu working for 2.1 Eclair ?
I understand that I will need to use the radio, but the htccamera.apk from dj droid rom is not working on 2.1 and I need it working on 2.1 not 2.2.
The reason I am using 2.1 is because I am building my own rom based on madaco r3.1 rom and another local language rom which doesn't support 2.2.

In future, please ask such questions in the Q&A section.
720p recording won't work on 2.1, the libs are only 2.2 compatible.
If you want 720p, download/"make" a 2.2 ROM.

I have some questions.
Im new here and i want to install custom rom on my desire.This one
The kernel (i think) is from alpharev and everytime i bood i have wait for at least 1 minute for it to ga to the booting proces of the custom rom it has now.
i want to know if any of you could tell me where a i can find a tut or somthing that i can use to update my phone for quicker boot and the new rom.
i realy don't know where to begin or what to do at the moment.

i already have a rom on my phone but want to try a diff one.
but the first i guess you could say i was lucky to find the right tut at the right times.
so if you know a nice tut or somthing like that that would guide me from start to finish that would be great.

CM7 is built to be a non-sense ROM, hence to have sense 2.1 doesn't seem possible. Well its possible, but there need to be a lot of work to be done.

AOSP like cyanogen its unable to port htc sense... (superstick said it also lol)
but if you really want the sense... why you don´t flash a sense rom?
there are availables several great custom sense roms....

cm7 support Arabic language , very fast and have a nice keybord
can i found rom have these features ?

You can try out Spike-CM7 ROM. =)
It is similar to that of CM7, just that it has been enhanced a little.

Gingerbread with Sense 2.1 (again...)

Hi everybody!
I'm looking for a GB Rom with Sense 2.1 (DHD port or "real*" Desire ROM) BUT without any O/C, special frequencies while screen off, fancy TV animation etc...
The closest ROM that i found is "Unofficial BravoS v1 FULL ODEXED" but still there is O/C and other fancy things.
Otherwise is it possible to remove these "fonctionnalities"? Thanks!
* By "real" I mean not a port, but a ROM with the official GB for Desire. I know that GB + Sense 2.1 doesn't exist officially for our Desire.

Just download any rom you like. 9 out of 10 roms use a screenstatescaling script to oc. just delete that from the zip file before you flash. It is located in /system/etc/init.d, and is typically called 96screenscaling or similar.

language support for gingerbread

hello guys
recently I installed the new stock gingerbread provided on the HTC developers site .it is good so far but the problem is it doesn't support Arabic which is important for me can anyone help me please

Root and install a custom ROM with arabic support.

i tried cm7 and leedroid but the battery with both doesnt last more than one day thats why im using the stock rom

Try MIUI or Redux.
