I have tried multiple .apk's and .zip files through recovery and nothing works. Ever since the EB13 update nothing has worked for me. Has anyone got it to work? If so any help would be appreciated.

I saw this particular boot animation on http://circle.glx.nl/index.php called 'pulse'. I cant seem to find it anywhere and I certainly can't get what the kitchen has to offer since I'm running SkyRaider 3.3 and it seems like nothing is compatible with it yet. Does anyone know where to find this and possibly have it in a zip that I can flash?
Thanks.
Here yo go
Should I be able to flash that through clockwork?
That's a pretty sweet site.
Nope. You need to push it to the correct directory. What rom are you using?

Thanks! I would be really grateful!
This should work with no problem, but NANDROID FIRST!!!
Boot into recovery, backup, then flash. Let me know how you make out.
I would just like to say that site sucks and nothing from it works. Lol
Couldn't get the gradient battery to work, even when just replacing the images in framework-res.apk >.>

The fix for this is now posted MidnightROM's website "lostandtired.com/android-development" under this link: "Swype EB13 Restore (Stock).zip"
Does anyone know how I can fix the animation for downloading and uploading?

Or know what file/jar I need to edit to get it to work?
Sent from my PC36100 using XDA Premium App
That's usually within the framework-res.apk. Without knowing what ROM or anything your using, nobody can really help you.
Its a rooted stock ota.

Update: The installing side animation works but the downloading side doesnt. Ive tried looking at it after decompiling it and I still cant see anything wrong, im just not sure what to look for.

It's not just you... I'm using MikG's rom and having the same issue.
I verified the data in stat_sys_download.xml and stat_sys_upload.xml and everything is fine.
Also like you, the animation seems to stay on anim0 the entire download, but will suddenly animate when at the 'install' phase of something.
For Reference, the files TYPICALLY are in the framework-res file. At least they were in Froyo and the files seem to still be there... maybe they are no longer used and there's an alternate xml controling things?
I'm assuming so, just don't know where to look.

So I downloaded this and love using it. However one issue has come up. Whenever I reboot I have to uninstall and reinstall Swiftkey X to be able to use it. It shows as an option but after a reboot will not allow usage.
Anyone else see this?

Happens to me as well, think that's just normal though... Wish it could be fixed though lol
It wasn't an issue on the original Dinc. Im using it right now on my first Dinc until my I2 comes in the mail today. I have a beta apk that I will test out too.
I am not having this problem

Have not experienced this with either the Beta nor the final version which I loaded yesterday thanks to Amazon's Free App of the Day ;-)
I haven't had the problem either... Maybe try a reflash of your rom?

Swiftkey X works fine for me but I'm not rooted (yet)...
For those not experiencing this problem what rom and kernel are you running?
I've tried reinstalling the rom and Swiftkey multiple times... Still does not keep Swiftkey as default and will not allow it to be used even when chosen in settings.

I'm currently rooted with CM7 beta and Swiftkey works perfectly. You might want to try to clear the cache/data for Swiftkey.
Try this. Uninstall it. Go to your file manager and delete the SwiftKey folder. Reboot your phone and reinstall.

Think I may have just found the problem. A few more times testing will be sure, but I think it was that SwiftKey installed to the SD card. I moved to phone and rebooted and it seems to have kept.
Didn't notice the auto install to external....

Interesting. I think I had that issue when I downloaded it the other day when I was running Gingersense. I'm running OMGB now, and haven't had the issue.
