I cooked up some wallpapers for WP7 and WP8+ lock screen and wanted to share them.
There are two sections now to choose from. Regular and Transparent. Each have their own instructions so I have included it all.

Instructions: Simply save them to your phone by viewing the page from your phone or from your PC using zune sync or email, as you would do any other normal wallpapers.

Transparent Wallpapers: http://www.animevortex.net/blog/thesaint/general/free-transparent-wallpapers-for-windows-phone-7-wp7 (WP7 only!)
Instructions: To set one as your wallpaper you must save the image to your PC. Send your an email from your PC to your cellphone with the image attached. Once the email/attachment has been loaded, click to open the attachment. Touch and hold the screen until the menu pops up. Set as your wallpaper and your ready to go!
Note: Mango update and newer (including WP8+) do(es) not support transparent wallpapers.

I can't always guarantee that I can come through with every request but I will try when I can Most of the wallpapers were actually sponsored by donations so it helped. The rest I have to dabble with on my free time.
Update 04/22/2011 - Ok guys, biggest update yet! Collection had more than doubled with the additional of about 32 new anime-based wallpapers as well as more video game related.
Update 04/27/2011 - Thanks to the feature suggestion made by Big D5 (wpcentral), I have reworked it so that you can share straight to your phone from the gallery (once you click on an image and it pops up, you can press and hold the mid-section of the image and choose "share"). Now you view the gallery from your phone and even email to yourself as an attachment while your at it. Note: obviously you don't want to choose "save image" as doing this will convert it causing it to lose it's transparent properties.
Update 05/07/2011 - I added a regular gallery of non-transparent images, as well as added more images in both galleries.
Update 09/09/2011 - Added the new collection of Conan Wallpapers (non-trans), also available in their own gallery here with collection zip: Conan Wallpaper Collection for WP7
Waiting for them to send to my phone now! Will report back how they do!

Interesting. I usually use a password lock, and with the password, the effect is all but lost.
However upon turning it off, it's there sure as day. Snakeeyes now guards my phone. Awesome stuff OP!!
I also updated the post as the special forces (Battlefield) wallpaper wasn't showing. It's there now. I'll try to add more in the future if work allows and will probably add it to this post.
These are amazing! thanks alot! Snake is definitely the best one so far, Flash is a close second, the Halo and Assassins Creed seem a little off...maybe just too big I don't know, thats just me being picky. But great job none the less keep it up

Yes it only works when you start to move your finger on the slide because WP7 blacks out the home screen when the lock screen is fully dropped. The second you start to slide up or down the home screen should appear in the BG.

All,
Dock-N-Play (DnP) is a "Craddleware" application that detects when your phone is craddled and on external power. If so it launches a "animated" today screen that provides a clock, email, current weather and appointments along with... wait for it... an animated background! This is one of those - "WOW that's neat... can I get that for my phone?" impress your co-workers applications. I have posted a few screen shots. My hope is a small community will help create animations to share with others. After the initial release in WVGA I will create a VGA version for others (likely not QVGA though - sorry)
The next release (after this one) will include some more options to:
- go full screen,
- assign quick-launch programs to front icons,
- change clock to completely transparent, semi transparent or fully non-transparent
A later release will add assignable quick launch icons to the middle of the screen for things like GPS navigation, Phone, Locking etc

Some known issues! {beta}
I believe this will only work on English ROMs... the next release will fix this. Setting location for weather requires "blind" typing or use of something like My Mobiler... also will be fixed. Please feel free to create your own animation skins but be forwarned that I will be making minor changes to the config.ini and txt files to accomodate needed internationalization changes. The next major release will include a PDF guide for creating skins but I'm guessing many will be able to just look and edit existing sample files. Also current CAb does not allow/display option to load to storage card... as soon as I figure out why I will fix this too

i love the idea!
what i would like to see in this app is a three mode function(or more).. for use in the car, home and office..
lets say i get in my car and i dock the phone on its holder, a screen will pop up with 3 big buttons that say "Car" "Home" "Office"
i click the button Car and the car menu shows in screen.. maybe it has a big clock a big "Call" button a Button to launch my GPS app etc..
when i receive a phone call in Car mode a screen should pop up with some nice buttons to answer or reject the call.. maybe a photo of the caller etc!
Now for the "Home" and "Office" modes what you already developed seem to fit

UNmexed, fantastic ideas to add to an already fantastic idea. This is exaclty what I've been looking for, hopefully this will lead to us being able to use our WM devices as Windows Sideshow type desktop extensions........definitely going to be loading the beta~!

Brilliant work can't wait finally something to show off to the iphone boys.
Will we be able to get rid of the bottom "curtain" and make the clock smaller in order to see more of the background?
Maybe make the clock background transparent instead of white so that more of the beautiful animation background can be seen.

With Dark Rising how did you find the trays loaded with your apps? Did you have to do much drag/dropping to customise the trays the way you want?

Installed w/o a hitch - you might want to mention the directory to copy the .sly file to, [sweeterhome] in case people might not already be aware. All of my icons in your trays ended up being copies of the default - e.g., browser, camera, mail, maps.... Incidentally I have about 330 apps installed, so I likely have most of the same as you.
Also, the right side screen is hard to swipe to the left from, as you cannot switch screens by swiping on anything other than the desktop itself - this is an issue with sweeterhome itself, so I'll mention it at the app's website, as I'm sure it bugs many other people, especially when they want to maximize the desk space.

Are you talking about the contacts sreen (to the right of the middle screen) I left the whole bottom section of the screen clear for swipping (aside from the contacts icon). Or do you mean you'd prefer to be able to swipr from anywhere on that screen. You could always move the contacts list and the favs list up to the top of the screen giving you more real estate underneath and then re-saving. Anyway the dev is thinking of ways to fix this too. Might require a significant re-write.

I've currently changed the borders so they are bigger and black. Not sure if I'll keep it though, I like the white. I've also managed to add the name of the docks on the top ones.

Love the updates, the theme is great as always. I've come across an issue though. I'm using cyans 4.0.4 of course. The 'new' spl, jf's pimped out recovery, ext2 for apps, and linux swap. When an appointment reminder comes up, and i click it from the notifications.... It pulls up the list, put when I click dismiss all on the bottom right. The callander force closes. After wiping and going back to just the cyan 4.0.4 w/o the theme, there are no problems. I can put it back and post a logat if need be.
I have Cyanogen 4.0.4 I believe that rom comes with HTC music. When I apply the theme, it's replaced. I'm not too good with removing and replacing apk's and all that. Is it possible, well, i know it's possible....but will you create Prodigal Sun themes with htc music included? I'm rockin the blue version right now with a super tight wallpaper and of course the blue icons. Cellphone heads thoroughly respect my swag. The HTC music joint would only help to stimulate the optics of those enthralled with the versitility of the G1.
I installed the red theme but the wallpaper is not there. Where can i get it?

he is looking into this right now. he was able to reproduce the force close on both my device and his.

HTC Music doesnt come default with Cyanogen roms. he doesnt know if he wants to make htc music the default as it takes more space and thinks that this should be an option because he doesnt use the htc music like some other people. its just like cyanogen he doesnt like it. but, you can go to beagz thread and flash the htc music like you flash any other rom. heres the link:

Nice to see someone else pushing the bounderies a bit more on these animated back grounds,I think you have done a good job and cant understand why there aren t more people on this thread!
Once these animations are understood a little more the possibilities for high quality smooth animations of any sort we be just around the corner.
I would comment on how they work on my device (diamond 2) but unfortunatley
they dont and I am unsure why. when I select personalize - Home tab wallpaper - Animated wallpaper nothing is there
I guess its my rom and I have missing files allready

Thanks for your input! As far as there being no Animations in your ROM i suggest PMing your ROM creator and see if they left the files out or not....
I will work more on these eventually theyre fun and easy to do! But at the time i am finishing up making my Acer S200 ROM and then i am going to finish making my custom icon pack and then i will create my custom Startup animation...

Sounds easy enough though it will take some time due to recently having baby and losing all of my tools to do it.
Are you wanting one that is just football and one that is just basketball(easy)? Or are you looking for a separate animation for each team(harder)

So after some weeks I finally got around to finish the new version of this theme:
As suggested by @ExCuTioN I changed the lockscreen wallpaper as well as the home wallpaper to a new image from Force Awakens:
And as new theming I messed around with the framework definitions and added switches, checkboxes and buttons with SW related stuff! I hope you guys like it.

Wow finally I have seen a good theme in xda since the release of official Sony lollipop, u have fully modified the xperia home and I reallg like this but I hope you can change some pngs from framework-res.apk like switchers and check boxes.. And here is my first thanks to you good work

for the check boxes you could use a lightsaber for example glowing when checked

The lightsaber seemed like the obvious switch choice, but it seems that switches need to be rounded, both background and button. So it will be difficult. I'll play around with it to see what I can make fit. At the very least I got an idea with the death star as switch button. But I think I can make the lightsaber idea work for the checkboxes ?

Use Gravity Box for Lollipop. It has the option of adding lockscreen shortcuts. You'll need Xposed for it to work.

Where are these lightsaber volume bars? Because on my z1 compact I can't see them anywhere...
It's a work in progress... I'll put it on next version. That or a flat progress bar with the training Droid ball as marker.
What would you prefer?
I would prefer the extending lightsaber! It would look so cool !
