Silly question, I see when ppl comment it shows what rom and excetra their phone has set up. I've looked thru options on here but can't figure out how to do it. Any one can help me with this?

Along the top of the page, theres a quick link button. From there it allows you to edit your signature that appears when you post. After clicking on Quick Links, its the 10th line down, right under User Control Panel. It'll give you a box you can fill similar to when you post a comment. However your signature cannot be more than 500 characters.

What is that power widget?????
Is there any way to get rid of the recent apps list in the drop down menu? I find it pretty annoying? I've scored through the settings without much luck. Thanks.

None that I'm aware of. Once the phone is perma rooted, there might then become a way.
I believe this is part of sense. I find it annoying myself :S
I like that it is there, if i need to get to another app quickly it is right there!

Yes,
But holding the home key does the same thing. Kind of a redundant part of Sense if you ask me.

This. It is the exact same feature.
I'm putting in a profile that I got from the web:
http://tasker.wikidot.com/low-battery-usage-wifi-enableing-profile-using-wifi-near
And so far I'm not having problems but I don't know how to set launched task priority...I can't find how to do it.
This profile won't work without prioritizing the tasks so I'm stuck.
Can someone help?

If you haven't yet found it, go to Menu>Preferences, and uncheck Beginner Mode. Then long click your profile, go to properties, and voilà!

Oh yeah forgot about beginner mode. I found it by just playing around. I've been using tasker for like three weeks.

No idea how one would find it. I've been using tasker in beginner mode for over a year and didn't know the difference. I only found out about it about a week ago when searching for something else. I haven't yet had a use for it, but at least I know how :highfive: .

She bloody clicked "notifications off" on her quick toggle in the notification area haha
All sorted THREAD CAN NOW BE CLOSED!
It just came up in my notification bar when I restarted my phone today.
I really don't know if I'm describing it the right way but here's a picture....

EDIT: Nevermind, I can't even find where to turn it on.. I know there was an on and off thing for it somewhere.. Check and see if there's a facebook update on the play store
Check the facebook app settings, thats where I disabled mine

Hmmm its not in mine, they must have taken it out with the newer update then lol hence why I couldnt find it again

Interesting.... kind of dumb as to why they would take out the setting but have it default set to display in the notification bar. I'm running version 3.4 if that helps.... I found the setting under Menu>App Settings (all the way at the bottom of App settings)
