Yes you can download a app called system tools, back it up then remove it.
Yup, with GV as your voicemail there's no need to keep the stock Voicemail app on your phone. Just make sure to confirm that your voicemail really is working through GV first.
I did it, and I never saw a problem.
what's the name of the apk? i can't seem to find it.

believe it or not, i don't have that. i'm looking in /system/app/
the ROM i'm running is: The Classic v0.0.9 - Sense 1.0 Redefined - Supermagic - Pre-Finale
would that have anything to do with it?

You could install Titanium Backup to remove those apps. Just make sure you have busybox installed, and you should be all set. Make sure you don't accidentally delete something as once it's deleted, it's gone.
Thank a lot man, I have titanium already, I go to test that.

No problem! I had the issue once on a MIUI ROM where it'd uninstall the app via Titanium Backup, but the app would re-appear at reboot. Installing busybox fixed that issue, just keep that in mind in case it happens to you as well.
Man, how I know if I have busybox, and how to use it, sorry, I think the help bottom can help me, but no.

I know this has been posted before, but I wasn't able to find an answer. There is an app that can tell what apps I have downloaded that are automatically downloading apps. Does anyone know what the apps name is? Thanks in advance.

This is all I could do also.. you can disable most of the bloat.. but it's still there taking up space.
I wonder though.. does disabling really disable everything ? Without extensive testing and monitoring.. one can only wonder..

It would be helpful if you please list the bloatware that you disabled without any issues in the phone?
Thanks.
How do you disable the bloat?

Ok. I thought you disabled the apps using the Settings>Application Manager route. In the application manager you can see many other apps also which are not listed as your apps but are running in the background and can be disabled. Also, using this method, for each app you can first clear the data and cache before disabling / turning off the app thereby freeing up some more space taken by these apps.
I would love to know this as well, specifically the ones not found in the app drawer
Is disabling the app like freezing the app?

Without root you probably can't freeze apps. You can probably only turn them off
I've deleted a decent amount of apps but I'm sure there are more to delete. Anyone have a list of safe apps to disable?
