You could actually help the guy instead of being condescending.
I'm far from a noob and manually placing the files, even modifying permissions to 0644 or 0777 still errors the file when you try to use it.
Either way if you want to be rude, you goto another forum or actually help people rather than just trying to give yourself an ego boost.
