Some devs try port to HD2 !
ro.build.fingerprint=htc_asia_wwe/htc_pyramid/pyramid:2.3.3/GRI40/41472:userdebug/test-keys

If this is HTC Sensation it would be a fantastic Build!!!!

The links keep giving me a 403 Forbidden when I click them.

Cool, now we'll get a port soon..!!!
But the question is weather it can work our processors..!!!

Hooo so cool !!!!
If this is leaked rom of HTC Pyramid / Sensation (same device, two names ) and if it's ported to HD2, we will have SENSE 3.0 !!!!!! Can't wait for this loooool
I hope it will be more taken than the desire S build with SENSE 2.1 -> 2 build for HD2 at the moment...
NoNo

Slowly of course but it's would be really Koolllllllllllllllllllllllllll =p~
qHD VS WVGA???? How can it benefit?

but qHD can be use in WVGA?

Curious if sense 3.0 is made to run on dual-core only. Not a big fan of sense in general but would be interesting to see it in action on an HD2

Bet it runs like a 3-legged dog

I don't think it would run good even if someone could. Read this

Oh,it is fantastic if it could run on HD2 with sense 3.0...but the hardwares are much more different.....it is really a hard work...

Not quite the same thing. The HD2 and the HD7 are the same hardware except for the buttons. The Evo 3G & Sensation are dual-core, and the Flyer is 1.5 Ghz.
Still, hoping that someone will be able to pull it out but who knows.

[Rom Android for Blackstone project]

Now is all most possible to create a full rom for Blackstone
with new devices like HTC evo and HD2 the main diference is the OS
working to make a full rom with android
thanks
it's not possible to have a final rom right now,the project need more hardworking from the devs, the battery is not working as it should be, no camera/video recording, the gps is not fully working...
i hope that we can have a fully working version based on the froyo, before a rom!
we trust in our devs and we pray to make it really happend!
currently a lot of init processes rely on the winmo SPL / winmo.
We have to sort them out before we can make a rom.

Stop asking for a ROM in any thread, you already asked for such a dumb thing in TheBrilliantMystake thread, and you got a reply.
If you don't like the answear, don't post your request.

Honeycomb extracted system.img available for download

I have the Honeycomb extracted system.img from the sdk uploaded to mediafire, (mediafire is a lot faster IMO) if anybody wants to take a crack at it, have at it. Be aware, this is not a rom, this is simply the extracted system.img from the honeycomb sdk, just in case someone didnt fully read the title.

Sorry I didnt notice it earlier, but then again, the sdk was released about 10 hours ago, so, its not all too bad.
It's Android 3.0 Preview SDK, not the final one.

If you count Android version as one OS, it should be many more ;].
Eclair, Froyo, Gingerbread, Honeycomb.
And not Android OSes: Windows Mobile 6.5, Windows Phone 7, Ubuntu, MeeGo. Does Windows 95/98 are counted too? If yes, it makes 10 in total, and 8 usable . Of course if we count like we should Android as one OS, it would make 5 systems. Even then it's damn sky high as majority of smartphones run just one dedicated OS.
Isn't Honeycomb strictly a tablet OS? I tried to use the normal HD2 res on it and 240 display density and got only force closes when trying to boot it on my PC.
I have just got used to Gingerbread and now we could get Homenycomb??? Maaan, this would be awesome I only want the devs to take their time to improve Gingerbread as much as possible.
Why would you want a tablet based os on such a little screen like the hd2. Makes no sense to me. I do believe this is one ill stay away from..
Sent from my HTC HD2 using XDA App
Yea ok, i bet if its ported and runs nice u will flash! lol
Just caught eye of this new story. It appears Honeycomb won't be limited to tablets. There's mention of a phone version to be released later this year.
Honeycomb love. Outstanding! Because the preview version impressed me. A lot different from the usual Android. I would love having this on my HD2.
Honeycomb is very nice according to pocketnow

Anyway, HoneyComb Ftw!!! Functionalities are a plus. I bet we will get native 720p out of this one, just like WP7

I am posting here so that any dev that could start working on this would better improve Gingerbread. I wouldn't install it yet, I will wait just like I did with Gingerbread. Nice file though.

Sense 2.1+3.0 or Sense 3.0

Looking for a Rom recommendation for battery life and stability.
Prefer Sense 3.0 or Sense 2.1+ 3.0.
I have tried sense 3.5 and all are buggy.

Well I've tried Alex's hybrid Rom and it is fast and one of the most stable, but when I answer a call and then phone is locked I can't hang up without unclocking the phone. I've googled and searched, but haven't come up with a fix for this, so if anyone knows.
Some of the sense 3 Roms are excellent.
AceSMOD007 3D is stable and everything works, but a bit laggy.
Cool 3D sense is also good and fast. I have a 720 video fix that I found that works.
At present I'm on AN-Droid GB/Sense. First class fast and stable.
I hope this helps.
Cheers
Is there a particular feature that you want from sense 3/3.5?
Unlock ring, calendar daily look from 3.0 also the smaller 4 x 1 clock widget from 3.5 if possible.

i think we could do this today if we sat down and all put our thoughts in we could work out the average answer and that would be the bestest ever version hands down nobody could argue with it, it would be the law!!
me i used until few days ago Sebastian's AIO ROM's now i use
[ROM][20.02.12][★★ SMS ★★ ] by ★ RSK TEAM ★ with AMAZE CAM [v.5.0][CM7R2][STOCK]
and i must admit that this ROM is very fast and stable. I really like it.
But it is very difficult to say which one is the best, depends very much about user too, preferences, colours, themes...
i think to find the answer it's better to make a pool with the most used ROM's and count the votes

Current using Alex's ROM. So far stable and everything pretty much works. Sense 3.5 is nice just some thing don't work when linking with contacts and I find with 3.5 slows down and locks up occasionally. Mind you I only used AIO up to 6.5 and 6.0.4.1 is the only sense 3.5 I have tried.

Sense 4 on the nexus s. Makes you wonder what can happen on our phone. Many people will probably say it wont work without major tweaks and drivers but look at the HD2. That phone has been pushed to the limit. I wonder if our device could do something similar.

SlimICS/SlimJB for Gio?

All,
I've recently discovered these 2 'Slim' ROMs, and was very excited to have done so...
My excitement soon turned to sorrow, however, upon learning that these slimmed down ROMs haven't been ported to Gio.
Now, KUDOS to the developer(s) that created them but wouldn't it have been a good idea to make it so that they can run on lower, less-powerful phones like the Gio? Currently, they only run on much more powerful phones, that have tons of RAM and power. These phones can handle full blown ROMs just fine, the Gio....not so much.
Just a thought.
Man! I wish I could get one of these for my Gio! I'm contemplating trying to install it on my Gio. It's not my everyday phone anyway. I only use it for data usage because I have an INSANE data plan on that phone. I have another phone that I use for calls, etc.
if its currently only for high end devices there's no way coming to gio.
