the bottom part with the four buttons. i was using my phone, clicked to open up go sms then while it was loading, i flipped open the keyboard & all of a sudden this square just popped outta nowhere. i tried rebooting but it still shows up
edit: nevermind lol turns out it's an accessibility feature, i just don't know how the hell i enabled it

I don't think you can. When that screen shows up, you have no rom. You can try using the bootloader and get some stock firmware files, or just throw it away.

Did you try holding the button until the Settings menu appeared? Then you can choose Reset option - but first check which app (or watchface?) is causing this.

i recently got a new handset and installed a couple of applications, and after rebooting the phone i keep on getting a pop up windows which says "THIS PAGE WANTS TO OPEN A NEW PLAY STORE WINDOW. ALLOW?" as on the picture.
