[Q] Tegrak Overclock Settings?

Shouts to Qbking77 for introducing the application Tegrak Overclock to us...and with it I've been able to get my Epic to run stable at 1.496Ghz with 1375v using the Genocide Kernel...id like to ask if anyone has gone any higher than this and still kept the stability of their Epic without any data loss or freezes/lockups?

Wow I thought we couldn't go higher than 1.3 with tegrak, I posted this a couple days ago though here's my thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1178436

Yes I am...I was going to flash the updated ACS EF02 ROM untill I found out we're getting a leak tmrw for EG14...but I am wondering how high you can push the 1.3Ghz setting available in the ultimate version of the app?...have you tried it out?

1.3ghz runs good you just need to up the voltages to 1325 or so to be stable but still soft reboots daily so I'm stayin at 1.2ghz for now. Still awesome though

Eg30 software mystery

Why isnt there hardly anything for eg30 modems? Lots for el13 and 26. Do any devs have eg30 or what?

What are you wanting for EG30 that you can't find ?. Most of us have moved on to later revisions anyway.
What r the later versions

EK02 is the latest official sprint release. EL29 is the most recent leaked build.
Not sure you know what you're talking about here...you can have the latest build and still use EG30 modem, or any other modem for that fact.
Btw, the latest leak is EL29.

EL30 modem...do I need to update kernel and ROM?

I am running RandomROM el22 (THUNDER HAWK III) with shadow kernel 1.06+. this morning, I just noticed that sprint managed to update my modem to el30. Can and should I update the kernel to a el30 version? RandomROM does not yet have a el30 ROM, so trying to see what pieces
I can upgrade.
Thanks

RandomKing is working on EL30 update to my knowledge. You could wait for him to update the rom or move to the couple of EL30 roms that's in the devs. section; there's EL30 kernels too

Do you think I should upgrade to el30 kernel for now?

There's really no overall benefit right now. You should stay on what you have until some deep reworking of the EL30 kernels are done.

Wow, that's crazy!

You shouldn't mix kernels and ROM versions. If an EI22 ROM should stay on EI22 kernel. Modems are independent of everything and can be mixed.
Thanks all. No idea I had the modem upgraded. Thought that was something I have to do, not something sprint pushes.

Any other modem worth trying?

I'm on EL30 and want to know if there is any other modem that might work better.. some users claimed Dk28 worked best?!
I'm on mtd, so would I be able to Odin as regular?
