Note widget with easy editing? - EVO 4G Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Is there a note widget that I can easily type notes and have them go directly to just one widget on my home screen.
I tried the sticky notes one but i hate having to make a note then going and adding it as a widget. I just wanna be able to click a widget and type and be able to read it on my homescreen.
Sorry if that doesn't make sense but any help would be great. Thanks

Try "task list" from the market. Its a great app,has a useful widget. Reminders with alarms, easy to edit and categorize.I use it daily.

What Do You Think?

Hello GUIse,
Take a look at the screen shot below:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Do you think there's something missing? I'm not sure, to me it looks a little "All over the place" I've been configuring the LCD Density by editing the build.prop and found 192 density is quite sweet & Launcher Pro works well with it.
But I'm wondering if I could get some advise on what to do with the rest of the free space on my home page!
I'm one of those people who likes everything in one place (Apps, games etc.)
Any feedback would be appreciated.
music player widget maybe?
I also like to have a calendar widget on my homepage.
And why is your game folder floating around ?
I've moved it now. Made an "Apps" folder as well so it suits the homepage.
Looks good now anyway. Will post a screenshot when I can
Right, after a little customizing I have come up with the attached image. What do you think?

[Q] Weather widget that says, "omg it's cloudy outside", what is it called?

I can't find it on the market nor do I know what's it called? Any help will be appreciated!
Did it look something like this
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
I did this using minimalistic text. The "OMG ITS" & "OUTSIDE" are done using static text and the "SUNNY" part is just current weather conditions.
If you have never used minimalistic text its an awesome app that give you loads of customisation options.
Sorry for the poor pic quality.
UNLOCK OUR BOOTLOADERS
That's exactly it!
I haven't liked any of the weather widgets until now. I love this, thanks!

it's pretty awesome but it is not very user friendly, it took me forever to figure out how to do everything.

I agree, but once you get the hang of it the possibilities are endless.

[Q] How do I make a widget transparent?

Anyone know about this transparent widget below? The one above the clock that's semi transparent.

"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",

"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
It was one of the screens for go launcher but even with the launcher I couldn't find the right widget/app for it.
If you know what widget it is please let me know where I could get my hands on it. I must have it!
Also, wondering if you can make the stock ICS widgets transparent?

Thanks but I meant the widget ABOVE the clock. The one where you can set brightness, wifi, bluetooth..etc.
I think that it is Widgetsoid. At least you can make a widget like that using Widgetsoid.

Can be Widgetsoid or "Extended Controls". Both are very similar

[REQ] Theming Status Bar or Lidroid.apk

Yo, guys!
I was hoping someone would be able to help me with theming the Status Bar/lidroid.apk.
From the stock look style we have, now (depending on the ROM), I'd like to get the toggles looking like this:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
If anyone knows how to do it, could they at least lead me through the process?
(That Notification App Launcher(?) looks pretty cool, too.)
Thanks for any help, in advance!
Do you just want the tabs closer and smaller without text? Or the whole look with the app launchers?

I just saw this earlier.
Tabs closer with out text and the small app launcher/recent app would be nice I think.
Personally, I'd be ok with just the smaller, no-text tabs.
BUT, if anyone else wants the Recent App Bar included, we could add that, too.
And thanks for looking into this!
I actually requested help from the Dev of the JKay Mod, but have not got a reply, yet.

AFAIK, Nova has Wallpaper scrolling enabled by default. Looks like you're still on TouchWiz, in which case I think its gallery app insists on overcropping wallpapers, so use QuickPic instead.
ok thanks i think i got it fixed
Could also use Image 2 Wallpaper from Play Store. Works great.
