lol what stock theme? If you want it to be stock you gotta flash a stock ROM.

I mean like the deoxed theme, the 3.70 evo theme, I want to flash it to a rom

Right now I keep flashing, could u tell me what sense rom u used? I know u use miui, but I want to use myns I guess, but I don't like the theme or mikfroyo

If you don't like the theme, then pick a ROM with a theme that you do like. Fresh is pretty damn close to stock and is very popular. It's what I used before I went to MIUI.

Pick a ROM that has the HTC lock screen.

[Q] Rosies question

I see all these different Rosie set ups and I am confused as to if they are all interchangeable or not. I am currently on Koni's S3 but I do not see much on different Rosies, most post are for Myns or Miks.

I asked TommyTomatoe about this recently. He said all of the should world (not the z based roms rosies). I haven't tested them out yet though. He said that the ones for Kings rom will definitely work

Keep in mind that those mods are specific to the rom they were made for. Still, you can use them however, because the framework is involved, you may end up changing more than just the rosie. For example, I flashed a gingerbread rosie made for Myn's RLS5 while I was using a rooted deodexed stock rom and although I did get the gingerbread rosie, my theme had changed among other things to that of RLS5.

S3 is a pretty solid rom, im really surprised there isn't much theme support for it.

Download the theme or ROM that has the bar that you like. You will find it in system/framework/com.htc.resources.apk/res/drawable-port-hdpi. good luck and may the force be with you.
BTW if your ROM has landscape you will need /drawable-land-hdpi as well.

That folder doesn't have everything I need. Where do I need to look for the complete change over?

I'm using VirusRom Gingersense Rev B3, Its a 2.3.3 port with sense 2.1, but it runs pretty smooth. It has a lot of sense 3.0 apps and features added in and there should be some more added in the next update. I recommend it.

I used it and it was amazing but I noticed that I was receiving the text messages way too.late like someone txtd me at 3 and I received it at 6 lol but great rom tho

Are you sure they sent the at 3? I saw someone mention that the time stamp on received texts was way off. That could be what happened.

I'm currently running Vaelpak 3.2 RC2 and IMO it's great. It's a nonsense rom, no sense launcher and his Vaelpak Settings app adds alot of customization options.

im looking for a rom with lots of eye candy..i tried merge but i didnt like the 2.2 lockscreen and i couldnt change it for some reason...anyone have any other ideas

Use widget locker to change the lockscreen.
If you want a different ROM with eye candy try Swagged. I've never tried it myself but it's supposed to be a pretty popular ROM with aesthetic tweaks.

If you want eye candy and speed check out Sinister's new release Sinister ROM RLV9 it is supposed to be really stable and just about EVERYTHING is working. If you like a good snappy sense ROM, I am in love with the Prime XL 3D ROM, which has Beats Audio and Sense 3.5. It is super responsive and has so many features and goodies your jaw will drop. I love the 3d animations on the home screen, native Power+ home screen shot, prime tweaks, and all the other 3.5 goodness.

Blazing Roms Hybrid 1.1 started off buggy, but it seems like the ROM is settling in now that I've had it for a day and is pretty sweet.

Flyer express 4g has some resizing issues but soon to be a daily

click on the link in my sig, it has all the updated aosp roms/kernels and it has descriptions to all of them

ill check a couple of them out i used cm7 for a little bit but for some reason i like the "sense" feel

Try evolved recharged rom. Very sleek. I downloaded a few other skins for it as well ads a font pack. He also posted some more themes for it to.

I have used Mikg as a daily driver for forever and it is a no-brainer to recommend that.
However I recently loaded Warm TwoPointThree and it nothing but amazing. I have tried 3.5s before and they were sluggish and battery was an issue. Myn's ROM is snappy with power saving built in. It does have the Wimax and SMS problem other 3.5 have.
I would recommend Myn's TwoPointThree if you can do without 4G and the sms isn't an issue... Otherwise use MikG as it is just such a solid (and great) ROM.

I like NRGZ28 EnergyRom (Sense 3.5)

The most stable sense rom is the one made for your phone so I rechange my vote to stock rom with only bloatware removed
