here i have created a pc based installer of the application from the source code, extract Broker100b3.zip to Broker100b3, paste this folder to c drive of your computer. attach your phone in usb debugging mode, click on .bat file to install this application. if you dont want to put this file in c drive, put it in any directory and accordingly change the directory in the *.bat file using notepad.
Hope original developers do not mind doing this if they do please PM me i will delete this post.

User-guide:
1. Click "Select File(s)" button and select files what do you want.
2. Select certificate, by default is selected SDKSamplePrivDeveloper
3. Click "Start Sign Process"
4. voila!
You can verify files signing in log files created by this program.
for example log file:
file: file.dll.mui , log file: file.dll.mui.txt

To change available certificates, you must change ComboBox1 items in source and compile it, or change EXE resources in ResHacker for example (section RCData) and you must copy your certificates to tools directory.

After many times of Flashing new Roms I tired every time use the " Advanced Configure " tool to change the icons of some Apps .
I found all names of folders that Apps use . One step you need to do
1) Install " Windows Phone Device Manager " .
2) Past The Folders (Applications and Windows) via Explorer .
I added some programs to zip:
1) Accent Changer - to change the color of regular Apps as you wont ...
2) Advanced Configure 1.2.1.1 beta
3) Battery Percent No Do
4) Restart

Then enter framework-res\res\drawable-hdpi,wait
Now hold"Ctrl”and use your mouse select"stat_sys_battery_0.png" to "stat_sys_battery_100.png",total 101 pictures which from your sources folder
Copy all of them to the destination,replace older files like these
When you finish doing that,bact to Desktop,find folder"framework-res",then use WinRAR to compress it to a .APK file!
Remember the"Archive Name" is end with .APK!And "Compression method" is "Store"
The last step!!!!!Modify the attribution of this apk!Its attribution is
"rw-r--r--"(Owner-Group-EveryOne)

OH,i use 91 mobile assistant in China,but I dont know what you like to use,or you can change the attribution in Root Explorer

Hi. This is a little tool I made to simplify the flashing of Kernels and Recoveries.
Alternatively it will also copy the boot.img and save it in the archive folder for later. You can also label the boot images.

That's weird. I turned off UPX which seems to have caused some troubles in my EasyFlasher builds. Let me look into this.

ESET seems to be a little sore because the source code is encrypted before it is compiled.

After:
It is very easy.
Instruction:
1. Unpack your XAP file. (Use winRar)
2. Find WMAppManifest.xml
3. Open it in text editor.
4. Look for this line: <Title>[APP NAME HERE]</Title>
5. Replace it with <Title> </Title>.
6. Go to winRar, replace the old WMAppManifest.xml with the new one.
7. Install Application.
Done!

But, I have no idea how to remove a xap from my phone, and a search doesn't show me anything. So how do I remove/copy a xap from my phone to my PC? And is it even possible with parts of the ROM? Such as music and video?

how does one get to the Xap to edit it?
It is pretty obvious by now that you need to be a developer and have the source code to do so...
You can't get to the XAP, and even if you did, you would have to decompile it, then recompile after you've done the changes.
