does anyone know where the rom shinzul made (or was it toast?) where he took the cm6 1.2 stable build and first integrated wimax?? i would like to test the HDMwIn and kernels on that build, but i can't seem to find it anywhere.
did he pull it when cm7 finally put out wimax support in the nightlys? links anyone??
**EDIT** or am i just mistaken? was it actually cm7 before an RC came out? (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=902051
Yeah, they pulled it. I have it though. I'll give you a link in a sec.

Thanks again!!

Did a search. All old threads. I wanna know the changelog for each nightly to know when hdmi out gets incorporated... or at least a thread discussing the new nightlys.
There's no changlog on the nightlys. The best you can do is check out cyan's github page to see what get what's pushed to the nightlys.
And there was a thread dedicated to the nightlys but it was locked for some reason.
Thinking of a master plan while sending this from my battle station....
or you could try the twitter update page, twitter.com/cmsrc

So this is what I keep finding...
http://github.com/CyanogenMod/android_vendor_cyanogen/blob/froyo/CHANGELOG.mkdn
Is that for rc1 or is this for the current build?

pretty sure that' the RC1 because I've gone to that site a few times and it's always the same despite many new nightlies
In case anyone is interested I flashed cm6 newest nightly and hdmi still don't work... my tv recognizes that the phone is plugged in and playing 720p. But no picture on tv
The 8/6 or the 8/7 file??
Here is a link to the nightly CM6 builds being compiled by the guys at #teamdouche.
Obviously if you are using a G2 you would choose the Vision folder.
NIGHTLY BUILDS Here
HPDI GAPPS Here
Credit to TeamDouche for their amazing dedication and hard work!
If you want this link to stay up, do NOT bug #TeamDouche do not ask them any questions, do not report any bugs, let them do their job!!!!!
THESE DO NOT INCLUDE GOOGLE APPS AND ARE STILL BUGGY. DO A NANDROID BACKUP, WIPE AND THEN FLASH
________________________________
People this is just the link to where you can find the nightlys... they are not for the new flasher/modder! Don't expect them to be stable at all.
RC1 is on the way... once that is up and running the nightly will fair your way for testing.
Again, IF YOU ARE NEW OR FAINT OF HEART DO NOT FLASH THE NIGHTLY BUILD.
The nightlies are back up

Yeah they've been up for almost 2 days I just didn't tell anyone since I didn't want them to get pulled again...
Thanks in advance, I should be getting the g2 this week. I probably won't test out any nightlies until after rc1, and even then maybe wait a little and see how it goes. So this will be where the nightly discussions are?
YES! Time to flash!
God I hope people don't pester devs with questions. . .
Questions/troubleshooting by users should be placed in here
I can't remember is there a change log link for the nightlies??

shows build-to-build changes. For a longer span (if you're more than one version behind, or if there's one that fails to build) you can use:
http://buildbot.teamdouche.net/changelog/cm_vision_full/11..13
for instance. The ending version can be left off if you want to specify the latest nightly as the end point:
http://buildbot.teamdouche.net/changelog/cm_vision_full/11
Suggestions to improve this feature would be appreciated. Near term, I'd like to pull the oneline logs onto the buildbot page, but I haven't touched this in a little while.
Of course, you can also monitor @cmsrc or #cmsrc, and if you're good with the IRC channel you can even figure out which changes make which build.

Its just a Github link to cyanogens change log.
Do you know why Gapps wont flash?
For GAPPS just inject them into the ROM before flashing and it works
Metamorph hasn't worked since nightly 10...

I could just be hallucinating but iirc cyanogen posted somewhere that the build should be compatable with the Z. I agree though, that place is a ghost town.

Running build 13 since 2 minutes after it came out and love it, everything works as far as I can tell including metamorph (just have system rw and it wont error out)
Sorry, but has anyone got this to work on the Desire Z?
The Desire Z forums are (relatively) quite empty at the moment.

My Wi-Fi tethering is working fine. I tested it yesterday and I am running CM Nightly build 13. I can't speak for usb tethering as I don't have a use for it and thus haven't tried it.

I've searched here and googled but I just can't find it. Anyone?
Well the Synergy RC thread is on the first page of the evo development section, I'd click over there.
I've checked on that thread but I can't find a link to the nightly. There's also 300+ pages of replies
The nightly thread may have been pulled, as they are on the RC now; which incorporate anything in the nightlies, so you should still go there.
nightlies are in a private beta for people who are in aquaintance with or have donated to a synergy member.

teh roxxorz are you still on cm7? if you haven't even tried synergy, i'd give it a day's run. seems laggy after cm, but the features are worth it. [/hijack]

Thats what I thought. Thanks! Ill thumb through it. I had it and deleted it
Thanks pg.64 if anyone else was looking for it.
I have the keyboard timeout set to 6 seconds, but after 6 seocnds only the keyboard backlight turns off and not the softkeys. The sofy keys turn off when the screen does at 30 seconds. Anyone else having this problem? I am running ACS ICS EI22.
Edit: it makes it hard to read a book or watch a movie.
Send from my SPH-D700 (Samsung Epic 4G)
Yeah, I think this changed with the Gingerbread update. Now the buttons are synced with the screen timeout. Bummer.
I have noticed this running the CM7 builds too, thought maybe it was a missing setting there but maybe not Kind of annoying when running the phone in the car dock at night.

It's fixed in newer cm7 builds.
Don't go looking for a new build though; while there are test ones, they are not public and will only give you more problems.

Any idea where it is in the stock system? Or did you have to do it at the kernal level?
Mine doesnt do this.
Screen Timeout=15 seconds
Keyboard Timeout=3 seconds
Ok, for some reason mine is working now. I'm using toadlife's cleanGB Rom and I just flashed his updated kernel. Maybe that fixed it?

WONDERING HOW TO FIX Reply
A fix for this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you to all the developers and irritated users like me looking for a fix.

It was found to be a problem in overclocking kernels. Non-overclocking kernels did not have this problem. Samurai just fixed this in 3.0.1.
