Hey everyone,
I was just wondering what exactly the t-mobile theme engine is. Can I install it on by DInc? I haven't found anything about it, and it seems like something I will want to try out.
It's for CM7. It allows you to change "themese". I personannly haven't used as I run aosp GB. But it seems pretty big.

Hi
I'm currently on pays rom 1.3 and it uses this dialer
I quiet like it, but I would also like to upgrade to a newer rom and radio.
Can anyone confirm this dialer on a rom they tried?
If I can avoid sense that would be preferred as I use launcher pro and beautiful widgets
Thx

Looks like the standard Android launcher with a skin.
That was what I was afraid of.
Actually pretty cool skin, but guess I won't find it elsewhere then. Just have to cross my fingers and hope pays will update his rom soon
Thx for the answer

I saw that in nexus one screenshot thread. the developer showed this exact dialer and share the method for installing. I don't remember what page it was on tho.
the android dialer is uuuuugly
I'm running newts incredible hc. Is there any way someone could make a mod to have the GB icons but also play with newts patch as well as andys HC battery mod. Or if nothing else have that included so I wouldn't have to worry about being compatible with two mods. If someone could do this, it'd be great since I don't have access to a computer.
Mods, feel free to move if its in the wrong location. If so, I'm sorry.

I'm always open to PM.
I recently just started doing a bit with my GN. I currently have rooted and installed Revolutions HD 2.1.2 and messed around with some soft key/notification bar mods, but my main goal is to make my phone look far from stock ICS.
-What can I do to gain larger icons, similar to that of the iPhone =/. I like many of the icon packs, but I would just like to be able to re-size them. Does this have to do specifically with the ROM, or with themes?
- Some examples I have seen have been on the Android Themes forums, and MIUI.
- Any help would be appreciated, I've been poking around searching google and the forum for a bit but I haven't seen questions like these answered clearly.
Buy a Galaxy S II
Right. Any other ideas? or is it just something that the phone needs more time?

More times I think. Themes will pop up soon.
Once Cyanogenmod 9 comes out there are hundreds of CM themes that will make it look FAR from stock ICS.
Also you can try using an alternate launcher, like GoLauncher EX, ad using a theme for GoLauncher, like a HTC Sense theme
Check out all the GO Launcher Themes HERE for a bunch of ways to make it look not like stock ICS
People with htc sense are trying to make it look like stock Android. And people with stock Android are trying to make it look like sense. It's funny

haha its true, but lets admit it were never 100% happy.
I wish the Nexus had a better camera and a metal unibody, but ill settle for it the way it is.
Considering the pros and cons its the best phone available for me right now, that doesn't mean im 100% satisfied...

Hey all, currently running an ek02 unnamed ROM.

MiLocker made by MIUI is available to download on the Market. It is pretty new, so there may be bugs, but I used it on my a couple of stock-based roms and it seems to work just fine. If you want good themes for it, check out http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=18099900#post18099900. You will find many ICS themes in there.

Look at the ROMs OP [original Post or post 1 of any ROM thread] that will list how the ROM differs from stock and/or the adjustments made by the developer to the ROM and those ROMs that include S3 or Note based apps will state that. There are more and more doing it and you should be able to copy those same apps in to like ROMs [say you have a JB ROM and it has the app you want and another JB ROM you want to use does not] you could then copy the apk over and in a lot of cases it should work [it may not if the ROM is AOSP or AOKP those refer to different code bases and you may find some of the apps will like one or the other.
There are also threads in some cases if you search that offer up just the apps and state what they would work with.
As a last ditch you could download a Note or S3 ROM and open the zip [DONT FLASH IT TO YOUR DEVICE] and got in to system directory in zip go to apps and copy the apks you want from it and move them to the ROM you want to try them in. Worst comes to worst if it gives you issues use a root capable file manager and delete those apps that don't work.
OF COURSE, run appropriate backups as this really should not break your install, but on the totally off chance somehow it does it is better to be safe than sorry when just learning.
I suggest Embryo 6
I was looking at the Embryo Roms and there are two of them one says 6.3 and the other 6.1.1 i saw in the 6.3 there are some issues with call eco and other stuff, and saw in the 6.1.1 that it has some of the features giving problems cause they are experimental, wich one do you guys think i should give it a try?

I think you are referring to the flash bar as experimental and thats because multi-window has not been implemented. I use 6.1.1 and its beeen the best 4.1 Jelly bean rom so far from my experience. Or you can do what that guy above me said and have a much smoother experience.
