I believe those are only replacement backs, not cases
I just re-read that, he doesnt specifically say who he's respoinding to.. but it does seem its the backs.

Yeah, he also mentioned that they will be carrying it themselves which is a giveaway as well since they don't make cases.

Yeah, the part number matches up. and I didn't notice the "OEM" last time I looked at it. It seems that might be what they are talking about. Although, they are jsut replacement backs with a different texture

That one looks nice especially considering that the xoom is in a removable case itself. I noticed some other threads where people were looking for a case with pockets, so I guess this would probably be the one they'd want.

Yeah I saw that too. I was hoping to find it for sale elsewhere sooner than that. It looks like you can get the red one though since that's in stock.
Just purchased this aluminum bumper for about USD 12, unlike the one reviewed previously in this forum ( the one with 4 screws fitting), this one is smaller in size, thinner and slightly lighter, about the size of a tpu case offered by mercury and SGP.
The buttons are dug in, but can be easily press, even with short finger nails, good thing it doesn't allow acidental press.
The battery lid can be removed or put on with the bumper on, the photo shows with extended battery lid on.
Before any consider one, there are 2 things you need to know, the headset hole is very small, so not all headphones will fit and the USB port will only fit the standard samsung cable, other may not fit.

I received the slightly bigger one few days ago and like it a lot but liking the look of this smaller one.

Not that I know of, network signal full same, GPS signal picked up in less than 1-2 seconds from inside a building and the same at home.
I have yet to try the GPS on the move.

Yeah, I thought it looked like the borders were different. But I was at work, and for some reason symantec was stopping me from watching the video on youtube. So I could only watch it on my phone, and I just wasn't sure on that small screen.
Now we just need the water head on youtube to post a link. So you can verify it.

I'm almost positive they're the same. I actually found the exact color combo which I'm not huge fan of but this one does ship locally instead of from China. It costs more of course.

Wow, these guys have an amazing selection of S3 cases. Practically every case model that I saw during a January shopping trip to the Pearl Market in Beijing. Most of those cases are have got fit and function. Others are poorly fitting garbage. Unfortunately, I didn't try this style on my phone while I was there.
Given that the seller as a 14-day return policy and 99.3% feedback, this looks worth a purchase.

I'm getting my kid this Moto G for Christmas. The best I can tell, this particular version of the Moto G (Universal 4G/LTE) is the XT 1045, although I can't find specific reference in the Amazon description.
I was looking to get a case for the phone on eBay, and noticed that most of the cases say they will fit the XT1030, XT1032, and XT1035, but don't specifically mention the XT1045. Will a case that fits the XT1030, 1032, 1035 fit a XT1045, or are they different sizes and/or have buttons/lenses, etc., in different positions. They look pretty much the same to me, but hard to tell!

Is that actual real bamboo?
I know aliexpress still sells them (the real ones) and also plastic (bamboo coloured) ones.
I have 2 of the real ones, which both broke within a year. I'd say that the longer you wait, the less it will be worth since less people use the phone

3 months later and there is zero info on any remaining original cases, does not matter were. All the aliexpress original links are gone, subjectively nobody is selling spare original ones anymore. I've been searching for them quite the bit haha. To me it seems like the phone, with a broken screen plus one of the original backcover is worth about the same as the case was back in the day.

Well.. that is a case, not a style swap cover. A few months have passed now.. and some people just got rid of their old phones/cases. I'm pretty sure on ebay or your local resell platform you can find something. I have seen some for exorbitant prices or broken ones.. the real deal, untouched as much as possible is super hard to find - but yeah.. playing the waiting game for sure helps.
