Hey All,
This is the same as the CM 7 Nightlies for Vision except for the Settings, System UI, System apps, Menu icons and, Notification icons have been colorized
Note: Not all colorizations that used to work in 6.1 are working in 7 so I'll talk to tnpapadakos and see what's changed.
All Original work is credited to tnpapadakos and... TeamDouche of course!

hello marc
The file from download is .....jpg. I renamed it to ...zip and istalld. Looks verry nice and works fine. I like this colered version. Is there chance to have transparent notification bar?
Sent from my HTC Vision using XDA App
Why not just make this a theme, and post it in the Themes & Apps section, since it really isn't a ROM? It'd help cut down on the size tremendously as well. Just a thought.

Really? it came up as jpg for you? i just tried it again and it came up as a zip.
Well at least you got it and glad you like it.
as for the Notification Bar, currently I'm just helping out the cause by updating the CM7 RoM for the G2 with tnpapadakos files.
Maybe as I learn this I could be at this time it probably won't be happening any time soon.

Well, the Theme engine is brand new and I really liked what tnpapadakos had done with v7 and the previous builds. tnpapadakos posted someplace why he was not interested at the time to port this into a Theme. (will have to look for his post unless he finds this and comments)

cannot (and really, should not) be done for the following reasons:
the theme engine currently only themes the framework
this not only does framework, but also about 10-12 different apks, essentially every apk that has ic_menu images and sys_notify images
a theme cant do that
a theme would miss more than half of the changes and defeat the whole purpose of this
Can we see some screen shots of what this looks like?

if you go here theres some screenshots for the glacier version which is the same as this version
very colorful i must say, that sd card icon in the setting is the bomb.
Ok. I could open any of the screen shots, it just kept taking me to a not found page. If I download a colorized nightly will I still be able to use my theme from the tmobile engine as well? And if so is there a colorized nightly that is mainly cyan in color?

yes you can use the theme from tmobile
no there is not a colorized cyan rom
use the cyanbread theme in cm after flashing the colorized rom, thats very cyan, as the name implies
really, the best way to know is to make a backup and just flash the rom and check it out
if you dont like it just restore back to what you had
i think you'll like it
here's the link to the cm6 version screenshots, same as cm7 except cm 7 has a black background for menu items (so use yer imaginations):

here's a couple screnshots from cm7 version someone posted:
Ok thanks. I meant I could open any screen shots at the beginning of the last message I wrote.

I think I know what you mean by colorized now. The screenshots cleared everything up.

I tried the link at the beginning of this post with no results. Where can I download the colorized rom from and is it updated for each new nightly or is it only on a specific build?

Is there a specific reason why you didn't color all the bubbles the same on the lock screen sliders? I like the cyan colored ones but would like all four sliders to be the same color. See what I mean?

Hey guys, I'm loving the MIUI Rom! However I'm having problems keeping themes...
For example I was on g4arb4ge's miui rom and applied the iphone 4 theme. But I kept getting random reboots and my phone would freeze. So I tried the elite pro theme... same results.
Any solutions on how to fix this? Any kind of help would be great...
Btw, I got my themes from the miui-dev sit if that's of any importance....

Just a tip: you might get faster responses if you title your question to something more appropriate, such as "problem with MUIU themes"
Also, you can edit your first post with an improved title...

Hi I'm a old epic fan that went to the dark world of MoPho but I'm back now...I found a theme on the MoPho and loved the Smileys from the theme and wanting to add them to the blue cm9 theme I'm running on the epic...so my question is how should I go about finding them and making a cmw flashable zip or just add them to the epic from the other theme?
Sent from my SPH-D700 using xda premium
Not really advisable
With the CM9 beta out, unless the theme is approved or proven to work on SGS2, custom themes can kill the rom and making it a pain in the rear to fix. just an FYI :/
Usually they are in the framework-res.apk the drawable-hdpi folder or which ever dpi the phone was... depending on what application you want the smilies in is were you need to paste them... for example you want your sms app to have the smilies then you would unzip the apk and find the drawble-hdpi folder and place them there... android emoticon names are usually similar so no renaming should need to happen they should be something like emo_happy or emo_sad. =]

Yeah I didn't go into all that only because he wants to put CM9 4.0.3 on there and those types of framework adjustments can cause some issues w/ the rom.

Nah...you can swap pngs all day long. The only issue I found in themeing CM9 is it does not like to have systemui recompiled with too much compression. But everything else is not a problem.

Howdy all,
After having used AOSP ICS on my desire I quite like the AOSP dialler, much more so than the HTC one (I use recent calls mostly, I like the way it distinguished multiple contact numbers for a single contact).
I'm just wondering what files I need to swap out to make it work? I've tried replacing the phone apk and the contacts apk, both result in FC's... or do I need to have a matched pair? IE both HTC or both AOSP?
I've already swapped out the messaging app for the stock ICS one without any issues at all.
M..
You may want to check out the following thread
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1593595
It's for the One S, but I've installed the messasing apk on the HOX and it seems to work OK.
On a side note, which messasing apk did you use? the inverted black or the white aosp ?
Thanks will have a look. Shame it looks like you can't fully remove htc dialler.
I just used regular white mms. I think inverted would look weird on sense since everything else is white/light colours.

Yes please. I've found a couple of apks for the white version that actually work on the HOX, but they all seem to have issues with picture messages which causes the apk to FC.
Do you have any issues with your apk and picture messaging?
I don't use picture messaging, so can't say for sure sorry It works just fine for sms though.
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/23422834/ICS/Mms.apk
Thanks.
Just tested it and it has the same issue with picture messages (although it doesn't fc, it just doesn't display them!)

I have been searching for a better music player based on good UI and smooth performance. Then I found MIUIMusic 2.3.2.
All credits goes for DaXmax, he post two versions of the apk, the newer one 2.3.9 crashed in my rom, so I decided use 2.3.2
I did some change in appearance includes: icon replaced, enlarged the state bar icon and widget background changed.
IT IS FOR both ICS and JB

Having problems with this app on your latest V9. I open it and a milisec later forecloses. I just get to see a black screen before this happens. Used to work on V8. What could be it?

Try the 2.3.2 edited signed one. This was happening to me too, it turns out 2.3.9 stopped working and only 2.3.2 edited signed one works.
