the desire is not working on my HD. Running Manilla 2.5 v.2012 and i only get the top and the bottom bars. the wallpaper and the rest are not there!!

[THEME][Update 16.12.] VA Black XXJPU version added

Hi people,
I made my custom theme so I thought that it would be cool to share it.
This theme is made for Doc's JP8 (tested on raw beta 3 but should work on any of Doc's roms), not sure if it works on any other roms.
I customized some icons (battery (thanks to the maker of this icons, don't know who made them), notification area etc, most of them remained the same as stock). This theme is with customized AOSP lockscreen, not SGS lockscreen (see screenshots). It also have extended power menu. It's not much, but OK for a start.

XXJPU VA Black
Version 1.
This is a combo of VA Black and ginger (because ginger have some nice icons, better than in VA Black)
Didn't tried it myself so please have another theme on your sd card so if something goes wrong you can flash another theme from recovery (no need to reflash whole rom).
If there is some problem with text color please notify me so I can fix it.

This is original VA Black (without any of Ginger look) Text color should be fixed now (not tested, please confirm this)

If you have any problems please let me know and I will fix it as soon as possible. And again, please copy another theme to your sd card just in case. My Ginger theme is confirmed working with JPU so I suggest to download that one if something goes wrong with this themes.

Here are 3 new versions (difference is battery icons and some more icons for status bar and added circle on lockscreen).

This is just what I've been looking for, the only thing I'd change is the icons for SD card notifications (scanning etc) to something more in keeping with the rest of the theme and perhaps, a slightly smaller battery icon (like the stock sense one) and perhaps just a white ring for the lock screen buttons.
If you want I'll knock up the pngs during the week for you
PS might be worth noting that installation is from recovery and not from rom manager
Edit :- also the 2g/3g data icon from Docs theme would be nicer than the stock

Thanks for mentioning that, i totally forgot to say that installation is from CWM, I will edit post. As I sad, you say what you want and I will edit for you when I have time, so be sure that i will do a version for you (i have battery icons that you want)

Installation is from CMW, so upgrade is very easy. Done it myself couple of times to see how it looks.

i have to say this is a beautiful theme, do you mind if i port this theme onto my ultimate rom, i will give you credit. This will allow more people to enjoy your theme

Looks great on my SGS,
especially because i'm using black wallpaper and only white and grey icon's
and white font.
Could you make the battery symbol as circle in white and the 2G/3G symbol
from Doc's theme?

Kao prvo trebao bi da imas instaliran Doc's rom BUJP8, potrazi ga u Android development delu. Instalira se preko CWM recovery, pa ako ne znas da instaliras pre svega Doc's rom iskreno ti savetujem da prvo dosta toga procitas. Kad budes saznao kako se instalira taj rom onda ces lako znati i ovu temu. Poenta je da stavis ovaj fajl na internu sd karticu (NE eksternu) i onda preko CWM-a instaliras taj zip.
Ukoliko ti treba neka pomoc slobodno se javi.

If you are on docs jp8 rom, just go to cwm/ install zip from sd card/ choose zip from sd card / and then locate my theme. First you must place my theme on your internal sd card.

I started the new theme VA Orange. It will be similar to this one but with some orange touch. So, if someone wants a theme with specific colour now is the time to say...

I've only tested it with Doc's JP8, so I can't guarantee that it will work for JPO, but eventually I could make a theme for JPO to. I just need some time, be patient.
I am working on some new themes, so I will try to include JPO and JPA.
And I suggest that you try Doc's rom, it's very good.

just installed this on JVB simply honey 3.1, Seems to be working correct but the GPS and bleutooth in the statusbar don't seem to be working as they should? When I tap bleutooth the button goes not in or out, neither does the text get brighter. GPS button does go in and out, but also text doesn't get brighter when on. Looks awesome tho. Think you could add a rotary unlock?
Also, do I need to install V1 first and then V1.1, or can I just install V1.1?
Could you also tell me where I can find the icons for the homescreen?
Just noticed that the status bar background is not transparent, but shows the same pic as my wallpaper? Have installed V1.1 tho....weird.

Can you make a update to work with Darky V10 RC6

I had the same status bar issue with gps and wiffi. Try a reboot, it worked for me. You can find icons as a separate zip file in the other white or black chrome themes from sv911. Not flashable with cwm.
