hey guys. So I recently put some of my movies on my pc via the digital download codes i received when buying the movies. I have been trying for a good two hours now to set up the ability to stream these files to my SGSIII using AllShare Play. These files, no matter how much I manipulate their location on my pc, will not show up under the videos tab on the AllShare App. They do show up though, under the files tab. But all i can do from there is download them straight to my phone. I cannot stream them. On this screen though, there is a little "N" inside a orange square. I dont know if that is the issue and I cannot find any info on that symbol. So basically I am wondering how do I set up these files (all are over like 600MB) to stream to my phone from my pc, via AllShare Play? All help is appreciated. Thank you guys.
I think you need the All Share Cast dongle to work with the All Share app. I've tried putting digital copies from DVDs or blurays onto my S3 and haven't been able to get them play like that either. So beats me.. frustrating. But anyway, this is the themes and apps section. This should be asked in the Q&A sub forum.

Is it possible to run the old Allshare app from the S2 on the S3, as it is far better.
Thanks

You must install allshare play to your pc and than you can connect with gs3 i use dice player for watching movies from pc.

Hi all,
I make video reviews, tutorials and app review for the Nexus 7 and I thought you might appreciate my app-snack reviews on the best Nexus 7 apps to get. Each review is between 1-2 minutes so they're a good snapshot of what the app is all about and why is a good Nexus 7 app.
I'll be updating this thread on a regular basis so enjoy and thanks for watching

Hi
Many thanks for your tutorial on the Nexus 7. I have now placed my request with the wife for one of these for xmas.
Could I ask, I have a Kindle which uses the PDF format, can I transfer my library to the Nexus 7.
I have some downloaded films in AVI format. Is it possible to transfer these and view on the Nexus 7. When on holiday I transfer films to a usb memory stick and view. Does the Nexus have a facility for a memory stick or a slot for any other memory card.
Again many thanks for your video's and roll on xmas.

You can download a Kindle app for the Nexus 7 so I guess they should work within the app.
You can transfer files onto your nexus 7 from a computer by plugging it into the USB port. To transfer films from a USB stick to a computer you will need something called Nexus Media importer from googleplay.

Hi friends,
As the thread states I just bought Nexus 7 2013 for watching Educational videos on it.
On Budget Constraint I purchased 16Gb wifi version with USB OTG in mind.
But I was disappointed to see that it doesn't have native OTG support.
I downloaded Nexus Media Importer which doesn't work too.
I don't wanna root the tab.
Please advise.
Thanks in Advance.
Have a look at this thread:

Theres a plugin that works with the file manager Total Commander here that will read and write USB fine without needing root.
I use it myself....

Hello Folks,
I have a couple of friends with Samsung Galaxy Tab 3's and they have recently noticed that the Samsung Readers Hub has disappeared from their tablet and has been replaced with an Amazon Kindle App. In the process they have lost all their downloaded epubs. I would like to load a previous version of the application onto their tablet as they like using it for epub files. Does anyone have a version that I could install using the APK - perhaps from a titanium backup?
Any help would be appreciated.
Hey, is there any way i can use samsung apps (especially samsung notes) in my moto g⁶⁰? Actually i had Samsung A50 before and now I can't transfer my notes. Those are very important to me.
Maybe a way to mass transfer from samsung notes to some other app which works in moto g60(Google keep etc).
