Case with keyboard for galaxy note at&t

Hello, I am wondering if anyone knows of a case with a keyboard. I don't mean a cheap leather one. I mean a nice one with a fold or slide out keyboard that is close to the size of a 7" asus eee Pc one. If there isn't one like that, does anyone know of a nice metal or plastic case with a stand built in? I found a nice keyboard that can be used With it. I just need a case to stand it up on. My friend has a nice one for his iPad with a built in keyboard. Its make by Logitech. I don't know the actual name of it. I like chiclet keyboards the best. Thanks
Also, if there is a back battery cover with a stand, or a stand attachment, that would be nice too. I just ordered an aluminum bumper so it would nice to use a stand, bumper, and keyboard.

eBay. It was around $50 I think. You can buy the ones for the original galaxy note as the dimensions should be the same

Seems like a nice item, but not attached to the note but its protective case.
Still good enough!

Hoco genuine leather flip case

Thinking of pushing the button on one of these. Minimal bulk for a leather case by the looks. Anyone had experience with hoco before?

HOCO is a brand in HongKong, their leather cases are very good. My sister purchased a white one for her Phone two weeks ago, it fits well and the quality is ok.
Pushed the button and it will arrive tomorrow. Sometime in the next few days I will attempt to post a review.

Looks good!
I don't have any direct experience with Hoco, but I have had similar cases from other manufacturers for my previous phones in the past. All I can say is that pictures are deceiving...those cases add a lot of bulk to a phone, additionally the flap just plain gets in the way and makes the while thing even bigger. Just my opinion, I know this type of case works for some people or they wouldn't still be making them.

These are the cases I am currently using, but does not include cases I have tried:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=28808929&postcount=2
Also, most leather covered plastic cases run at least 2-3mm thick. A case like the one in the OP would increase the size of your phone ~6mm in every direction. On a positive note it would give you a lot of drop protection over slimmer cases...if that's what your looking for.

Poop. Wish you'd posted a few hours ago, might have reconsidered my decision.
Still it's too late now so I'm going too have to try it out now and see if I can live with the extra bulk.
Thanks for your input.

I'm glad you are happy with it..."bulky" means different things to different people. I know people who think that Otterbox style cases aren't bulky...And other people who think a 1.5mm TPU case is too bulky...LOL.
Please report back after a few weeks of use after the new case smell has worn off

I bought the samsung flip case, and I like it very much.
The only thing about it's very hard to get it out of the case.
I used it a lot in the car holder,so in and out.
Cheers
There is one problem with this sort of cases is that you cannot use a dock and does not allow charging with flip closed....

One further suggestion would be for a hole to view the notification led without having to undo the case!

Yeah that's the only thing I'm not really happy about. Other than that case is great. The usb thing doesn't really bother me ... so I have to have the case open to charge it ... It's quite safe sitting in my desk anyway. It's when it's in my pocket or bag I need to protect the screen.

It's not magnetic. There is a clip at the top of the flip that clicks snugly over the top of the phone. It seems very secure. I'm a little worried the leather hinge may stretch later and compromise the firmness of the clip but time will tell.

Can I ask if the back is lined with soft material and also how would this case compare with the official Samsung case?

Holster that covers around all edges

I've searched for a couple hours... XDA and Google. I'm trying to find a holster, but all I can find is one that the top and bottom are open. I'd like to find one that wraps all the way around the phone. Preferebly a rubber one, I believe it's called tpu. Any ideas where to find. Thanks

You looking for holster or case? the ballistic sg maxx would be your best bet. My wife has it on her gs3 and its a real nice case, i envy her from time to time
Looking for a holster. But as I look at them I realize that most of them are 2 pieces. One being the piece around the phone, the second being the holster itself, the part with the clip. I'll check that ballistic one out though

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think I read somewhere the corners are interchangeable? Meaning possibility of swapping put those big bulky corners? I'm not to crazy about those.

Any waterproof case out there for Nexus 5?

this http://www.alibaba.com/product-gs/1474003404/Waterproof_case_for_lg_nexus_5.html , but 3 problems
1. there seems to be no covers for the speaker grills, camera opening or the earphone plug
2. the screen cover looks like it dulls and is made of thick-ish plastic so it may become difficult to operate the phone
3. I don't have the money to buy 100 pieces of these...
on second thought I think I will just wait for otterbox or bodyglove to come up with something...

Only option for a "Water Resistent" case is the Pelican 1040 case. Probably not what you are looking for.
nothing specific
If you need waterproof right now there are generic bag cases such as: Random Generic Water Resistant Bag from Amazon. Which should fit our phones with pretty much any standard case on them.
Still looking for an actual fitted case (not pouch) for N5 which is waterproof. Guess will have to wait a while...

I don't think there is reputable manufacturers out there that is interesting in making ANY waterproof case for ANY Nexus device.
If you search, there is not even one for the Nexus 4.... There are tons of em for iOS device..and some make one for S4..but that's it.
how could that thing be waterproof?

Ballistic have made 4 cases for the nexus 5 so far. Maybe they have plans to make a version of their Hydra case for the nexus 5 at some point.

OverBoard Waterproof Case for LG Nexus 5 just found that it might be a safer option lol
It's interesting that LifeProof is not making case for Nexus 5, given that it is one of the most popular phone beside S4.
I like the LifeProof case because of how it looks and function.. it just a case...not a plastic "bag".

Vpower Cases

Has anyone had any experience with this brand of cases?
Stumbled upon this flip cover case that looks pretty nice:
http://www.aliexpress.com/item/For-...ries-for-Nexus-5-leather-case/1510895916.html
Also looked at this TPU case from them, but thinking maybe I should just get a Diztronic case if I want a TPU case.

Wow that looks really nice. One thing that annoys the hell out of me is all these style cases block the notification led.

I agree. Even the official LG one blocks it. Honestly, I rather just have the cutout for the LED and not the speaker if they only want one cutout. I'm mostly likely never going to talk on the phone with the cover on anyway. I would just pull it back. The LED cutout would be much more useful.

Doesn't look like it does. As far as I know, the only flip cover case (excluding wallet cases) that does that is the Nillkin Fresh: http://www.aliexpress.com/item/New-...eather-Case-for-google-Nexus-5/940515366.html
