You would have to port the samsung framework before touch wiz.....

And IMHO, no developer will waste time in doing it since the majority of people (me included ) believe that the HTC UI (especially 2.1) is more "attractive" than TouchWiz 3.0.

There are multiple Sense HD ROM releases.
Check Desire Android Development.

Hi developers,curious question is anyone going to attempt a rom based on the desire s? Only reason i ask is because its tge closest maybe to the desire than porting hd roms etc,i am running a hd rom so happy days! Just saying it might adapt better? Though i know sweet fa lol

I really like the look of the HTC sense 6.0 and frankly hate touchwiz from samsung. Can in use the HTC sense 6.0 ROM on the Galaxy note II without any problem?

Never flash a ROM not built for your phone, its guaranteed failure. You could ask a Dev to port over a sense UI ROM to your device, or research on how to make the port yourself.
