Desire hd Sense UI

Has the new desire hd sense UI been ported to evo? I have see that they are working full roms for the evo, but I haven't seen if they have ported the UI.

Its seems kinda like you've answered your own question. The Desire HD port has Sense we are waiting for someone to port it over to the EVO. The issue is the Desire is GSM.

There's a download in Development but its extremely buggy at the moment.

Desire Z ROM?

I was wondering if anyone knows of or can port the desire z rom over to the mytouch slide. I just want the ability to use the espresso-less sense with the ability to change themes like in the desire z. Any body know if this is possible? Thank you.

The resolution to wrong for a port. There are newer phones that have Sense 2.0 and have our Res. Check the Gingersense thread.

What's the difference between espresso and plain sense? No widgets?
I always assumed sense was espresso lol. Been on vanilla too long.

Espresso is a modified version of sense. The normal htc Sense is like that on the Sprint Hero and Evo and Verizon Eris and Incredible. The bottom App drawer, phone button is done in an upward curve. Either way the Desire Z roms won't be able to work on the Slide because the hardware is very different. The only hope is either T-Mobile getting off their butt and releasing an update or porting the htc Salsa or Wildfire S roms. Both when they finally release will have Gingerbread 2.4 and Sense 2.1.

Best port of 2.1

Can somebody lead me to the best Sense 2.1 port?
I want my dad to enjoy the goodness of Sense 2.1. Not 3.0/5 because they can be too slow and memory hogging. Considering its my dads phone he wants it to work. Any help?

Haha i remember Warm 2.2 and Warm Z back when the Evo was mine. Good times. I was referring to stock 2.1 though.

I'd have to say...barnacles did the salvage sense 2.1 rom and virus did the gingersense rom. So one of those would be the best bet. Very stable. But no longer being worked on

Best Sense 2.1 MikG. It is a Sense 2.1 + 3.0 hybrid, and it is incredibly stable. Pair it with ChopSuey kernel and you are good to go

I would have to say Myn's Warm 2.2 or Koni Elite. Both were pretty similar, and killer for battery life, I could go 2-3 days on those roms without charging.

Neither of those are sense 2.1...

The 2.2 in warm 2.2 means its froyo 2.2.

I second mikg, its the mose stable one i have tried. the only thing not working is hdmi out but if you flash one of the gingerbread kernels youll get that back.

When I was on my EVO I used mikg also. Very very responsive. Great battery life. I also flashed freedom kernel and overclocked it. Worked great for me.

Sense 2.1

I hate to ask for anything. I really appreciate all the hard work devs put into our EVO 4gs, but I was just wondering if anyone could get sense 2.1 stock everything on the EVO 4g. My wifes shift got the 2.1 and it just seems to work pretty good. I like mikg Rom but i would just like to get one completely stock with 2.1. Thanks

Search salvage-sense it's completely 2.1 I don't have a link I've never used it but its the only one I know of that's entirely 2.1 with no 3.0 mods

where could i found one of these or one with not a million mods ill never use to put on my evo 4g im just tryin to see which one i like the most out of them all

I'm not sure what you mean you wont put it on your EVo4g.....

Try mik3d.
For just a stock evo 3D rom look to the evo 3d forum
I've got a stock Evo 3D port but it isnt booting yet (bootlooping)
