Does anybody know of a way to play the videos from my ampache server? I've tried stock browser, dolphin hd and mini, and miren. No luck and I can only seem to find apps that support only music.

is there any method to make the streaming video files to open from Opera with other player then windows media player? a lot of sites optimized there streaming to work for iPhone so I would like to take advantage of that on my WM...

Did a search but couldn't find anything dealing with this particular issue (if I've missed something, please point it out.).
When I use the native browser and hit a YouTube link, the browser opens up the HTC flash player/streaming media player. But I want it to open the YouTube app, like my HTC Hero used to.
I've tried clearing the defaults for the flash player, streaming media player, youtube app and internet but no joy.
If I try the same test using the Dolphin browser, I get the option to open youtube links with the youtube app, which is what I want the native browser to do!
Does anyone know how to get the native browser to handle youtube links with the youtube app?

It's the same on mine. Can't see any way of changing it. I wonder if this is in anticipation of full flash support in the next Android release?
AFAIK it *should* work - it worked fine on the Hero and it works with the dolphin browser... I'm completely stumped

Since FLash player 10.2 came out for our phones, I noticed that a lot of web sites seem to not PLAY flash video anymore using a browser such as MIREN, BOAT or even the stock sense browser..
does anyone know why? for instance? try to play videos on www.unlimitedsounds.com/blog .. they no longer play but did in 10.1 flash

Not able to watch apple movie trailers on my rooted kindle. Have tried multiple browsers, the trailer just loads and stops, never plays.
Have installed flash. Does anyone know how to make this work?

Apple uses QuickTime, not Flash.

I know the video stream from apple.com uses quicktime, however, most of these video players cant play video from a website directly as apple streams the video inside a web browser, not outside.
Will check out that thread, but ultimately, a browser that can integrate quicktime would be best.
Is it possible to stream videos on a web browser on Android TV 9.0? Tried different side loaded browsers still unable to stream. Other than YouTube couldn't play any other streaming videos.
