Ginger Yoshi is based off cm7 so most themes should work, but make sure it is mdpi because hdpi themes might show up distorted, although I'm running hdpi honeybread v4 without any resolution problems. Theme Chooser is nice and safe tho so just find a cm7 theme u like on the market, or on xda just dl the zip on your comp, rename extension to .apk, move to sdcard and install with app installer, and it will show up in theme Chooser for u to apply. Don't forget to reboot or some features won't show up and it might lag. Thddude also has colorized themes in the thread and in his sig that are flashable through recovery, I installed one of them before theme I'm using and was able to use his lockscreen mod and colorized menus with the other theme.

Hi,
I have a question. I looked for a honeycomb theme for magic (mdpi) and i can't found it. Is that theme for our phones?

Technically speaking it's only for HDPI devices however I'm using it on my mytouch 3g. I have no problems with it except for when i pull down the notification bar there is like gray box on the side. I'm guessing that's there because this theme is meant for hdpi and I'm using it on a mdpi device.
Thanks! I have installed it. It is amazing...

If you're interested in another theme I got a suggestion for you. I've found a Galaxy S theme made by steve_t on the Cyanogen Mod forums. It's a pretty good theme. I'm using it right now.
What's the link?

Here is another theme for ginger yoshi/cm7 based on honeycomb that I just finished last night. I still have a few minor changes to make (colored music notif. bar icon, wireless tether app widget icon, fix random bar on left side of notification slider, etc) but nothing really important. Just download to sd card, install with "App Installer" app from market, and then install in theme chooser app. You can also change any icon you want by opening the apk with winrar/7zip, click "add" to swap .png's with the same name as the original, and then sign your saved apk using AutoSignAPK. Then just switch to "system" theme, uninstall previous version of Candy_bread (should be saved under Matt_UOT) in "manage applications" settings menu, install your modified version of theme with App Installer and apply in theme chooser app. Enjoy
*nandroid first in case you decide you don't like it and want to switch back to stock without a theme* I'm still working on a lot of things so let me know what you think we should change.

Did u reboot yet? Should fix the problem and for now you will need to have yoshi rc6.1_hcul or one of ThdDude's other colorized Yoshi roms installed for the lockscreen to show up. I'm going to talk to him about incorporating them into this theme with me so it can be applied to any current/future rom.

Hey guys
Once again, sonneysekhon has provided me with an epic theme which i think the SGS will love. It isnt a port, as i have spent months working on this, so i hope you will like it. This theme has been long anticipated and ive decided to release it to the masses. This was once the exclusive theme of Tricky103's Essential ROM ( Laila's Rom ).
Not really much to say, so i'll begin with the Screenshots. Comments and Contructive Criticism are welcome. Please visit my poor attempt at a website where ill be keeping up with the themes more closely.

It looks like, that it doesn't changed from the Black Theme.

Your theme looks great ! I am on a serendipity rom but still want to try your theme . Is there a lot of difference between the theme on a srendipity rom and your theme .. I also see black and white in the pull down notification menu, are notifications which are in black text ( ie Plume) readable ?
I have modded it so its white text on the black blackground.
This theme works with serendipity. Tested it myself

In terms of the theme yes, if you have flashed any apps they wont be changed by lucid.

Take your time, it's still only a minor issue.
Btw when I connected my SD to my computer, the texts are a bit confusing for me at least.
When I press Connect USB it's ok but when it's connected there's this text "Connect USB storage"
But if I press it the connection will be lost. So there should be "Disconnect"?
Yes. I found this too. Ill test other themes, ott may be a rom problem. Which rom are you on?

To follow this guide you must have:
HTC Wildfire S, Rooted, Unlocked Bootloader, Clockworkmod Recovery flashed.
Cyanogenmod 7.2 (any will do, normal or latest nightly.)http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1494480
External SD card, Any size (larger than 512mb)
Your Cyanogenmod 7.2 ZIP, where the rom is in.
1.
Download This theme. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1329375
Put the .APK (that is in the .ZIP file on your sd card, and install it with a File manager (download on market, i recommend astro or ES).
Apply the theme using the default app Theme Chooser (Cyanogenmod 7 only)
Fast link: http://www.mediafire.com/?dvws5vklawykap8
You can use a MIUI cm7 theme, with transparent status bar, that works too, though I personally really like the look with this and the modern ICS statusbar.
Click to collapse
You can also use this sense 3 CM7 theme, but I prefer the ICS look with this guide. There isn't any Sense 4 CM7 theme yet.

2.
Go to your theme chooser after installing the APK and select the theme.
3.
Apply the HTC Sense 4 wallpaper:
Default ONEX

http://www.mediafire.com/file/ys8yoiok3ucq2iu/HTC SENSE 3.0.zip
(Source: http://android.dkszone.net/htc-sense-3.0-ui-wallpapers-download )
4.
Install Fancy Widgets: https://market.android.com/details?...sMSwxLDEsImNvbS5hbmRkb2VzLmZhbmN5d2lkZ2V0cyJd
Pro required for a more beautiful clock.
Download (if pro) the "new sense" clock, it should be at the top somewhere in the download list.
5.
As launcher, I used launcher pro PLUS, because i wanted the sense widgets.
You can use any launcher, really, but I recently found my love again for LPP.
6.
For the Sense 4 lockscreen (or sense 3, it is actually the same), you can use Widgetlocker (https://market.android.com/details?...DEsImNvbS50ZXNsYWNvaWxzdy53aWRnZXRsb2NrZXIiXQ..) like i did, or use any other lockscreen app (go locker with sense theme, magiclocker with sense theme.)
For now, this is it. When theres a good Sense 4 CM7 theme released I will complete this guide, now I will add little things like widgets and such.

Well you can change the lockscreen around if you have widgetlocker, but you can use a lot of lockscreen apps (GO locker or Magiclocker)

I've head over from the LG Optimus One Section, and this Guide is really helpful and works impeccably.
Could you add more suggestions on lockscreens, i.e. something I could morph into CM7?
This is a theme for Theme Chooser engine (CyanogenMod & AOKP), its purpose is to enhance the Android UI without compromising the vanilla look. Enjoy!

Still looks good Some suggestions:
1. If you really want to change the colour of the default homescreen dock icons, you should probably change the colour of other icons too since not all people use the same icons in the dock. It just looks stupid if three icons are blue and one is orange. Those programs would include Camera, Music, Gallery, Email and Calendar.
2. The market star ratings look odd since the colours are inverted like this:
* * * * * (It looks good on white background but the market background is black so the stars are hard to read)
It would look better this way:
* * * * * (on black background the stars would be much easier to read)
UPDATE: I'm closing thread as I won't update/support this theme anymore. As a reminder, this is only for Cyanogenmod 7 (or roms based on it).

As requested by some of you, I'm releasing this simple theme named "GuiltyCrowned - BrightVision".
This is mainly for CM7 since the theme is based on the ICSapocalypse theme for theme chooser.
All the background and what-so-ever are made from scratch (except for the wonderful logo).
Flashing system ui and framework are not necessary -at all.
Working on MDPI devices but since most of the HDPI devices uses CM10 anyways, I just skipped making this compatible with HDPI.
*side note* There are more to be done but I'm not sure when that will happen, when the update is done ill bump this thread.
Requirements:
CyanogenMod7 -which supports theme chooser.
UCCW
WidgetLocker (optional)
- You need to apply the UCCW hotspots(app to launch) yourself. If you don't know how to do it, google it!
Doesn't take you more than 5mintues to understand how it works.
- My setup: Phone Text Camera Browser
- ADW Launcher Ex is used on the screenshots but most of the launchers should work just as good. Set the screen layout to 4 x 7.
- I'm using minimal reader pro in one of the screen shots, the free version can be obtained here.

I don't think I will since I usually do theme for myself and then share it publicly, and right now I'm using CM7 on my daily driver.
Cant install. When I try to install, i get an error ' There is a problem parsing the package'. It seems the apk is improperly compiled.
Try this version instead:
-link removed-
I didn't actually try to latest CM7 theme myself yet, but the theme in the link is the previous version of the theme.
If this doesn't work, it's probably your rom which isnt compatible.
EDIT:
Updated the first post with a WORKING theme now: http://d-h.st/H06

The easy way would be modifying a existing theme, just extract the files and replace the images(and the name) that you desire. So you cant just drag and drop the images, the name of the file must match the names for CM9. Make sure the images fit (in size etc). You could probably get more detailed information from the Q/A themer thread
Can u make it centerclock and wifi and edge on left side please

+UI [THEME]
"Root Permissions not needed to run this theme but nessisary in order to have the rainbow line under the status bar which is part of the LunarUI theme by R3D."
In order to make this theme work the way I wanted it to I tested almost all the launchers I could think of and the only two that seemed to work the best for me were TSF Launcher and Lightning Launcher. I know TSF Launcher is expensive, but this theme can be applied to be used on other launchers if needed. Just might take some extra work to get it set right.
What you will need:
-TSF Launcher
-Lunar UI Theme
-Nexus 4 (Photoshop or other software will be needed to get the images set for other device resolution.)
-Rom used was PACman
-Paranoid Android Preferences: (Enable Advanced Options in Tools)
Phone Mode (320p)
Size: 270 DPI (Not nessisary since empty space is available in each wallpaper for the status bar)
-]MultiPicture Live Wallpaper
"NEW zip file has been uploaded to MyColorScreen page. Included in the zip is the instructions. Feel free to thanks on here and mycolorscreen if you like the theme. Hope you guys like it

OP has been updated. Link to download files as well as instructions. Hope you guys enjoy ;D
looks great! also looks hella complicated
I am thinking of making it in to a Buzz Launcher theme that way I can make it easy for users to import and apply the theme. Its not too difficult because all of the wallpapers are already made, all you need to do is set the wallpaper, configure the launcher and then place icons on designated spots and change icons to be blank. That's it in a nut shell. I will see if Buzz Launcher will be easier and report back.

Gotcha. They were just placed there as examples, meant for people to change it and set their own apps to the homescreen.
