Avoiding to make a new topic for my question i will write here , is somewhere in the forum explained how can i roll back from build 3.4.2. 145 , moto version 3.4.0.145 retail.en.gb to rom 2.51 , because with this rom the market doesnt download some of the apps , the phone freezes and have to pull out the battery and other bad stuf , is it possible to roll back >?
All of you. First flash the first sbf that you were with. For eg: 2.21 De Eclair and then do the procedure in this thread

I just saw in another forum a user complaining he could not download a ROM from http://and-developers.com/sbf:defy so I tried myself.
All links that point to motorola's own download server are dead.
Be aware if you were relying on those links for anything.
Does anyone have the JRDNEM_U3_2.34.1 file?

There is a comment there that says "Doesn't contain motoblur" Can someone confirm that this is a stock clean froyo rom cz thats what I've always wanted a rom without motoblur!!
What needs to be done is to put a new thread of stock sbfs into the first link of development section and maybe request sorensiim to host all the sbfs we can gather.
We should be good to go then.

any one in 2.2 (2.2.1 or 2.2.2) is ok except chinese sbf.
but maybe there're some differences between the sbfs, and it needs to be tested by yourself.

wipe data+cache then restore a nandroid backup of your 2.2.2 choice and after flash the specific 2.2.2 fixed sfb

Now I have updated rom to 2.2.2 Froyo, then root with SuperOneClick. And what I need to do later ? I download MS2Ginger2.1.zip for green leanse and put it in SD card but with recovery I get an error. Do I need unrar this pack or what ? please help me
Before flashing anything on Defy I strongly recommend to read a bit and understand how the process (flashing) works. A good place to start is the All-in-One Defy Beginner's guide topic. After you read it and you are aware of the risks implied by flashing and you understand how you can do it properly then you are good to go.

Not need to install this version by the zip ....in the paramettre of your telephone you can install it normally
