All orders will ship same day if purchase is completed prior to 4pm PST Monday thru Friday and by 12pm on Saturdays.
International Shipping:
Please note that if you choose the Economy Priority Flat Rate (10-15 business days) shipping you will not be able to track your package and I cannot give you an answer when you send me a “where is my item email”. However depending on your customs department as well as your postal service, it could take up to 30 days or more. I do insure flat rate shipments at full value therefore customs documentation does reflect total cost.
If you want to ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner and the ability to track it, then you must choose Standard Priority (6-10 business Days) or Express shipping (3-7 business days). Since these are handled by EMS and tracked they are not as likely to disappear by corrupt customs and postal personnel.
I am not trying to scare you I am simply being honest, countries such as Russia, Brazil, South Africa, Mexico, Germany, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Greece have about a 8% rate of disappearance on non-traceable mail.
hmmm....
Not really impressed. Not sure it goes with the classy design of the Xoom.
Saw that yesterday as well. I'd wait. Seems like a Chinese rush job. If you look closely at the pic it doesnt seem to bend very gracefully.
I think all we can hope for is the Xoom sells well and 3rd parties realize there's a market for better cases. I'm rooting for Incase, Scoche and Seidio.
I ordered the Zoogue. Will ship the end of March so may pick up a portfolio until then.
Ehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
rushjob for sure.
that case that was displayed yesterday for the ipad is legit.
too bad that was the coolest thing they had to show at the event.
Steve Jobs basically said this "Well, you know all those rumors about the ipad2? Well all the obvious ones are true, lighter, dual core, 2 cameras. All the good rumors are false, ie sd reader/ better display / longer battery life. BUT WE HAVE A "CASE"!"
Disappointment galore.

You really liked that case? It only covers the front and what do you do when you want to change the orientation? I though the case was awful. Plus they ripped it off from a Japanese bath cover. I agree the I Pad 2 was nothing special but hat case was even worse. Take a look at Slashgear.
Just received my case!
I just received my eBay purchase of this case - and it is a great case - glad I bought it.
It is real leather, props the Xoom up nicely, and protects it well.
edit: sags because I didn't have the device seated properly...

Hi all,
I'm not having much luck getting a decent case for my Xoom in the UK, so far I have bought the following:-
(1) UltimateAddons Anti-Shock Memory Foam Sleeve Case for Motorola Xoom Tablet PC
(http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B004U7BW60) - This was WAY TOO BIG!
(2) Port Designs Berlin Netbook Skin 10 Inch With Life Time Warranty (black)
(http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B002PD61B2) - Nice case but really designed to hold a notebook (Has straps to hld the screen & keyboard) so my Xoom slips around inside.
(3) Black Rugged Carrying Case for Apple IPAD, iPAD2 AND Motorola Xoom 10.1 inch Tablet
(http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B004W1CFMO) - Didn't bother opening this one as it looked like my Xoom would slip around inside this case too??
I would prefer a case with handles but failing that a leather case - I quite like the ZooGue Leather case but this is not available in the UK
Any Suggestions??
Cheers
Ody
Well, I'm not in the UK, but I'm down here in Australia, so I have even less range to choose from than you (the Xoom isn't even out here yet). Well, you could still order the zoogue one from their site, I think. I'm pretty sure they have international shipping, don't they?
Also, I recently bought a case off eBay that has fully adjustable viewing angles (via the use of velcro), like the zoogue but is only US$25. I think it looks really nice too, but I guess I'll find out when it arrives.
I can't post links, but if you search "Black Folio Leather Case Cover For Motorola Xoom Tablet" exactly, it should show up. It's the one with taylor swift in on the xoom screen, and the seller is "dcone_us"
I've also been looking in the UK without much luck.
word of warning on the zoogue case, I preordered, but since it shipped 3 weeks ago I've not recieved anything. No responce to my latest emails to them either

My experience of buying stuff from the US, is that you'll get hammered for customs!
I wanted an Otterbox for my old Dell streak and ordered one from an ebay seller for about £20 inc postage (in the UK you could only pre-order for about £26) BUT the post office then charged me £10 adminstration for the customs, £1.70 VAT then another £1 for having the incorrect duty, so in the end it cost me £34 odd pounds!!
I Just checked on the ZooGue website that they ship by USPS so it will take a few weeks + the customs hold up
It took about 3 weeks for my Otterbox to arrive and that was bt USPS Express! which is faster than USPS Priority??
I am in Sweden and ordered the Zoogue case. After almost three weeks it arrived and I can only recommend it, its a great case.
I bought this one from ebay:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=270737383497
It's OK. The hole for the front facing camera wasn't positioned correctly so it covered it a little bit. I made it larger with a knife and now it's fine. You can't plug in the charger when its fully closed. Apart from those issues it's adequate. Better than the official case anyway.
The stock folio case is pretty good, seems to provide decent protection while being relatively small.
I ordered this one and its a perfect fit and looks great
Tuff-Luv 'Veggie' Faux Leather Pull-Tab Case for Motorola Xoom from Amazon UK. Sorry forum blocks me from posting url.
got the stock folio case , pretty happy with it , not too bulky , enough protection , 2 stand positions , think it was £30
I've tried a few cases (all from Amazon UK)...
The Navitech - cheap, but if you just want protection, then I guess it works, but I'm not using it, as the flap doesn't work in sofa mode
Motorola Folio - advertised as leather on Amazon, but it's nylon. No scratching problems for me, and I actually like it... protection at minimum size and it works in the speaker dock too. No more holding the Xoom while lying on a sofa
PDair BX2 Black Leather Case - expensive, but it is well made. It also offers more tilt positions than the Folio case. Doesn't work in the dock, but very easy to remove the Xoom from it (unlike the Folio case). Offers more protection than folio case, but it is bulkier. Also the leather border means some buttons on the edge of the screen can be a bit harder to press, compared to the Folio.
For the moment I am using the PDair
I've just recieved this:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B004XGIPJA/ref=oss_product
I think it's excellent for the price.
Great fit, solid close, and the stand doesn't collapse under pressure.
I just ordered this one

So fingers crossed it is nice. A bit more expensive than some of the others cheap cases... if it is no good then my next choice will be the noreve case

Brand new Zoogue case in the UK
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI....70524&ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT#ht_500wt_1156
I've ordered this one for 19.10 GBP (22,54 EUR) incl. shipping costs:
LuvTab Black Luxury Executive Wallet (http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B004X5JO9Q/ref=oss_product)
Ordered it at Amazon.co.uk, but from Germany. I seems that it has been shipped from Krefeld/Germany, so it arrived less than 2 days after
For the moment I'm contented with it, it fits perfectly and doesn't bloat the Xoom too much. If I come to the US as planned for this summer, I'll have a look at this special new original folio case from Moto/VZW. Until then the current one is well enough.
Once which is the biggest problem with all of these cases appears with this as well: the device can't be charged while the case is closed.
If anyone's interested,
I ordered and received a second ZooGue Genius leather case for the xoom, now on ebay for UK mailing..

Received now and it isn't too bad. Nice soft leather... if perhaps a little too soft. The case seems to suffer from the top lip around the front camera not sitting snugly to the device that similar cases report. No notification light cutout or closed charging cutout.
Not bad for using in stand mode but still slips down a little a although there is a bottom flap that folds under the case there is no fixing for it. Also the lowest angle is not too comfortable for typing so had to lie it down flat. But the elastic fastening strap is very "moleskin" and secure.
They also claim there is a stylus/SD card slot but that is not really practical... if you look at the front there is a vertical line in the leather... this not just a detail stitch but a flap of sorts that might be OK for sliding business cards or notes of paper that you want handy briefly but anything of any depth just falls out all the time!
All in all though it isn't a bad case now I have gotten used to it and over come my first impression and given up with stylus pocket thing.

I ordered one of these
http://www.gumdropcases.com/military-edition-samsung-galaxy-tab-rugged-case.html
about a week ago and was told "Shipping in two to three weeks".
Well, hallelujah, it shipped yesterday.
I will post a full review when it arrives.
i'm not sure how I could carry this around....
I have two kids, two dogs, a swimming pool with a concrete deck and I use my Tab on the treadmill and elliptical. I'll take all the protection I can get. My iPod is in an Otter case, and I can't count the number of times it's been dropped in the gym and the case has saved it.
Looks great. It will match my uniform but isn't it a little expensive?
I just bought one, too! My kid has a tendency to drop things!
Been using mines for the past month. Black on black was the one and only choice for me. Plus, the optional screen protector works better than I had expected.
Sent from my Cyanogen-filled G2x or my GTab 10.1 now "In Paris"
Well, this thing arrived earlier this week. I'm not happy, but before I get into a rant, let me see how Gumdrop deals with the issue. The issue is - I specifically bought the Military Edition for the microfilm dust filters and.....there're aren't any. I paid $10 more than the regular case, for a...regular case, but in green. Other than that, the case looks like it offers some serious protection for the Tab.
So far, their response has been underwhelming. The have offered a 10% refund. Well, I'm not the best at math, but if I have done this right...10% of $59.95 is $5.99. A regular non military case is $10 cheaper. I'm still getting the short end of the stick.
I've politely declined their offer and asked for a full refund, item to be shipped back at THEIR expense. Does this seem reasonable, as the item I received is not the item that I paid for?

Sounds reasonable to me. If you used PayPal or CC just dispute it if they say no.
OK, Kudos to Gumdrop for responding quickly and satifactorily. I didn't realize that the military case comes with a clear plastic shield for the camera lens which the regular case doesn't. So it's not the exact same case as the regular. This is why I was offered 10% instead of $10.
They've offered to send me a shipping label and I can return the item for a full refund. I really wanted the dust filters, so I might take them up on the offer.
Anyway, good customer service and the case itself is well designed and offers what appears to be significant protection (I'm not going to purposely drop it to find out though).
It would take the $5.99 they are offering and go buy some thin cloth filter material similar to the material or composition of some reusable shopping bags and cut some strips to cover the speaker holes, glue it to the inner edge pieces or just place it there and call it a day.
Just ordered one today....looking forward to it.
Hi guys, I just bought a Hoco case for my Galaxy and like it so much I decided to review it. Haven't done this before so if I leave anything out just ask a question.
Hoco Real Leather flip Case for Samsung GS3 (Flips vertically)
Seller: Maikai, via Amazon UK
Price: £16.49
After ordering with express delivery (1-2 working days), on Fri at 12.30am, I received a mail saying it would take a week for delivery. I had just paid an extra £4 for express so I mailed back stating my chagrin and received a mail confirming delivery on the Monday instead of the Thursday. I mailed again saying that I had expected delivery on the Saturday as Saturday has, for a long time now been considered a working day. Both times I had received a reply within the half hour. My case was delivered Saturday Upshot is I was very happy with the service from Makai although I think they were a bit cheeky with their initial delivery date.
The case comes in a very nice presentation box which was a pleasant surprise. (see photos)
The case is great. It looks and feels quality. Real leather, black in my case, with a wine coloured felt inlay. The outside of the case is embossed with the Hoco logo on back and the Royal Series logo on the front. Both look good.
The inside is embossed with writing and some very nice scroll work.
The phone fits beautifully as does the catch which holds on the front of the case.
The case is great to hold, comfortable and stable in the hand.
As I like my phones naked I was worried about bulk but as far as I am concerned this is not an issue with this case.
Cut out sections allow access to buttons without any problems at all.
It's not super rugged but I reckon it will give prety good protection from a fall. The case is good and stiff but feels supple.
Score: 9/10
PROBLEMS
The only issue I have is that you don't have access to USB port when the case is closed and you cannot see the notification light. A cutout tool for leather will fix the notification access and I really don't mind opening the case for access to the USB port. I might try cutting access to the USB port. Will decide after using the case for a few weeks.
This is a review of the phone pouch custom made by Caseable. This is the typical phone pouch they make for a wide range of phones, including the Moto G, Nexus 5, iPhones and more. Unlike the tablet cases, it only allows a custom graphic on the front.
The case is £24.90 plus £4.90 worldwide postage, although shipping is free when over £30 is spent in an order. They also offer a 15% student discount if you sign up with a .ac.uk email account. This case was purchased with a Black Friday discount code for £10 off.
Caseable offer this style of case with a variety of graphics by local artists (From Brooklyn and Berlin) or you can choose a custom image, as I have done here. The front of the case has a nice fabric material with your image printed on while the back is made of a faux-leather material. The two pieces are held together by a trio of elastic straps which cover the sides and bottom of the device. Embossed at the bottom is the Caseable name and logo while at the top is a tab which pulls the phone out of the case.
This is how the phone is removed from the case, to tug on the strap reveals the top of the phone so you can continue pulling it out. It’s a very tight fit, so it’s not going to fall out and this is the only way to remove the phone.
Overall, this is a very nice pouch, if you're like me and prefer pouches, this is a great investment. The neoprene material is similar to their tablet case, and it's quite protective while at the same time looking great. Though at full price, this is nearly £30. Even though it's been handmade with custom graphics, it may be a bit steep for some people, but I think I could just about justify buying it at full price.
Also this goes fantastically if you have a tablet or eReader which also has a Caseable case.
Check out the Silicone Moto 360 Bumpers from SnuG Watchbands! Can't post a link on here but you can find them on funwatchbands and amazon . Youtube snugwatchbands

Nice. But not $18 for shipping to UK nice!
Wow.. those are ... uh... different.
Funwatchbands sent me an email after seeing my post above I assume and gave me a $13.99 discount code! So I've got two coming as all I had to pay was the $18 postage.
Nice one guys, thanks Will let people know if any good when they arrive.
Yikes, $18 shipping to Canada too. For something that could be stuffed into a small envelope for shipping, this is a deal breaker. They're nice, though.
Quite like the straps too. But I'll see what these bumpers are like first.
Hey developers! Thanks for your support!
SnuG Watchbands were designed by a Moto 360 owner who was searching for products like them and found they didn't exist. They worked very hard to quickly make new high quality accessories that will only enhance the watch. The watchbands are perfect and we love ours. We are most certain you will agree they are sweat, stain, and odor resistant, very durable, and incredibly comfortable.
The protector cases are a completely new unique product that are an additional way to customize your watch. They were designed to be something that didn't disturb function, and added some protection. We have been wearing a 3rd generation prototype around and have been amazed at how many people now compliment us on our watch. The current protector cases were made in a limited production so demand could be determined, and we could make sure they were perfect. They are now only offered with snug bands for sale on our website.
We decided that the protector cases are perfect for now, but we still can be improved a bit. We think you will agree for now, since nothing else like this exists, something is better than nothing. SnuG watchbands is quickly working on a mass produced version with smoother edges and an even better fit.
We will be updating our followers on social media of the progress, but you should be able to find new and improved protector cases available for individual purchase at Funwatchbands by mid January.
We are also sending out a coupon with every purchase so customers can get a free updated protector or 50% off a package of 6 when they are ready in mid January.
As for our international shipping we apologize and are working on updating rates. We currently have a blanket rate set while we determine and set specific country pricing. Feel free to contact us and we can try to update you a better rate if country specific shipping does not come up.
Also chris we hope you enjoy the band we included with your package
Ooh seriously can't wait for the parcel to arrive now! Thanks guys, merry Christmas!
i just want the black bumper, but it looks like i have to buy the strap too. pass
Not worth more than $10-$15 bucks to me, pass.

Updated International shipping cost on funwatchbands
Hey all just wanted to report that we have been able to cut our shipping cost down for customers overseas at funwatchbands.com! We currently now have $8 flat rate shipping across the globe with $6 to Canada and are working to find ways to bring the rates down even more and make shipping faster. We have been getting some really great feedback on the SnuG bands and can't wait for more people to try them! We also want to send an extra discount to thank you for your support!
Use code XDADEVELOPERS at checkout until Jan 7th 2015 to take 10 percent off your order.
The protectors we offer now with the bands were made in a limited production from a sample mold, because of limited stock we currently just have them available with the bands. We will have our mass produced protectors available in packs of 2 or 6 within a couple weeks. The mass produced protectors will have smoother edges and offer an even better and more secure fit.

Kind of pointless. Expensive watches have been around for hundreds of years.
If a $6000+ Breitling Navitimer Cosmonaute doesn't need a "protector" I think my $300 watch should be just fine.

If I had a $6000+ watch, I'd have insured it for accidental damage which negates the necessity for anything else. I'm unlikely however to insure my $300 smartwatch. So there is a market.
In fairness though, I get the impression SnuG's initial priority was presentation over protection. Additionally though, this is the age of technology product customisation. There are countless websites providing vinyl wraps for almost every product you can think of to change appearances. Given the smartwatch is an extension of the smartphone, with such a massive market of cases, bumpers etc. for smartphones it only seems logical companies would start manufacturing similar products for smartwatches too.
Having first hand experience, I can wholeheartedly say their products are well made and look good. If protection is just an added bonus, I'm happy with that. I personally like the idea of changing the 360 appearance now and then. Not all the time, but on occasion it's novel to do so. The bumpers are great, the straps are even better IMHO.

I've had my Casio Pathfinder for many years and I've had various small bangs, accidents and 'oop' moments with my watch. What prevented anything happening to my screen & glass (which I imagine is quite tough anyway) was because the watch has a raised bezel all around the screen. Prevents much contact to the glass itself.
So I find items like this far from pointless!
Think of it as 'Physical Insurance'
---------- Post added at 02:14 AM ---------- Previous post was at 02:10 AM ----------
My only concern with ANY silicon type casing or skin is that it can trap dirt, grit etc inside the skin and that small tiny piece of grit is kept in place by the silicon skin and just starts to wear, scratch and dig itself into your 'protected' item, whether it's a watch, phone, tablet etc.
This happened to my phone. One tiny piece of grit just moved about under the silicon skin and over time, caused a lot of scratching.
Granted, the case/skin will protect your watch from major scrapings and mishaps but I always have that small concern.
I've seen some of the 3d printed 360 bumpers and wasn't too impressed, especially with the finish.
