I was wonder what is needed to down grade your pri? I want to use pri 177 instead of 190. If anybody could answer this question for me I would appreciate it very much.

Download the radio, flash in recovery. Backup before hand. And this should have ben in the Q/A section..be warned.

I would flash individually and you will have s-off if ur fully rooted

You can go into the about phone under settings to see them. Updating your PRL and profile are safe to do and will not mess with your root. Firmware is the ROM you are running. So that really becomes an issue of which you prefer.

I updated and its not worth it. I'm unable to make calls/go on internet while roaming

There are no basebands for the Incredible beyond the 2.15 branch. 2.15.00.7.28 is the most current official release and 2.15.00.9.01 is the most current leak.

So I'm running the peoples rom on my new epic (and it's amazing) but I was wanting to install a font from rom toolbox and was wondering if that would hurt anything.

Doesn't work on cm9 but any other rom will work just fine. You could just use font installer .

Modem (baseband) seems to be personal choice these days. As a habit I always go with the latest official but it is what works best for you.

I always use the latest official so am currently on FC09 but have seen no change from when I was on the EL30. Either one can be odin'd in or put in through a series of flashables.
