well m using bsb and its quite fast rom with titanium and its awesm rom saves lot of ram and read mtty thread for flashing a new rom and first ensure u have hardspl
I'm using Ralphusion GT1K recently! Great ROM with WM 6.5!!! Stable, fast and good battery life.

I´m a newbie...
Sorry if I bother but I´ve been reading posts for 2 hours without finding an answer:
1.- I am getting my new "softbank x01ht" with Dopod WM5 ROM
2.- My native language i spanish, but I wouldn´t mind using an ENGLISH WM6 ROM if I get the best possible ROM
3.- My burning-cooking ROM skills are near null... (been missing y time with sony ericson for the last 4 years... dissappointed and ready to jump to WM)
4.- I don´t need hiragana/katakana characters/features
MY QUESTION
Up to date, what´s the BETTER WM6 ROM to enjoy my X01HT ??

Impossible to answer mate, even for someone who has the same version of a Hermes.
I'd very much recommend Faria's super-clean ROM if you want a ice, fast and ultra-stable Hermes.
JJ (JasJamming)'s Black Roms are always very good and usually come in 3 flavours: full of useful apps; main, basic apps; app-free (almost).
No such thing as better rom. Get one that suit your need.
im looking for some fast ROM... i mean that it should have something about 29 free RAM and should work fast... great thanks for help

hmmm... i tried some Polish ROM's named POLOK but you probably don't know it... there are many bugs so im looking for something better and faster...they where builded on WM 6 and 6.1
I've tried almost all WM 6 and 6.1 floating in the forum. My final choice is WM 6-based-K Final ROM

Faria-R32 / Dr Puttingham WM6.1 HERMES ROM CLEAN
That's the fastest I have tried so far. Fast and stable. If you don't care for MMS, which doesn't exist in this ROM, I would go for that.
you are wrong ... there is MMS Box i check it out just few minutes ago... ROM is rly fast and stable... for me rly gooood

Maybe in the FULL version of the ROM, but not in the LITE version.

Wrong forum If you are asking which is the fastest from the manufacturer.. None of them.
The phone comes with WM5
If you are asking Which is the fastest Cooked rom try Mun or Ax3l They are old but Damn fast.
Currently using Karmba_a Which is fast considering it's using 2d TouchFlo and has Java installed. Stability is also great. As long as you don't have loads of contacts.

I used the Ax3l rom for over a year. Now I'm using the tnyynt 016 which is faster than the Ax3l. The Manila roms are nice, but they suffer from low memory problems when running larger apps.
Im using g77 5.00 Opal-Trinity 95/5 FINAL , so far in my experience it is faster ( from boot up to loading of apps ) than any other M2D cooked roms ( i tried and flashed as new diamond/M2D roms was posted )

I try the Ax3l, oldie but goodie, solid, heaps of ram, fast, no unnecessary gimmicks

ROM USERSThis thread is created to inform all the users regarding how disastrous or how good a ROM is so that others won't waste their time or brick their mobile by flashing the ROM. Also let others know that - for instance if you have installed SPB mobile shell then your system is stuck and you have to go for a hard reset. I loved the Extraclean ROMs, and been using the YuE one. Today I flashed the Andrea Extraclean one, it looks good and fast. My opinion is to have the ROM skeletonized, so I can install al my softwares. I never liked M2D stuff, nor other Contacts software other that PhotoContactPro.
So I'g love to have win 6.5 Crazily clean, in win 6.1 GUI.

i always flash back to andreW82 extra clean once ive tested other roms, ive seen it at 32mb ram free.. (28mb ram free shown in his rom thread) this rom is really fast and possibly my favourate 6.1 rom..
however..
for 6.5.. the babbelut rom is probably my other favourate with the spb shell..

+1 for Andrew82 - in my opinion this is the best ROM and even with PointUI installed I get well over 20MB free.
With Windows Mobile 6 5, which is the best in terms of memory/performance?

Yes it is the latest. BTW: I am using AndreW82_WM6.1_21054_ExtraClean_v1.3_WWE and looks OK, but My Aretmis keeps freezing.
6.1 ROMS
Yeah..I tried Andre too. And I installed one applicaiton ( I think it was ineosft) and was not able to boot up..Had to do hard reset..(used a day)
Emrulez : Even simple functionality like time was not updating after 12.00 PM. (used a day)
Mischelle ( lite and vanilla ) is the best and great in speed and storage. However, it freezes for a minute once in a while...It just happens and I dont knw when...( a month)

I like extra lite YUE like u so that we can install our own application....
Also you can try Thai ROMs...They make better ROM
